To whom it may concern,

This is a direct email in relation to the continual episodes of interaction in relation to conservation vessels approaching and interfering with international shipping, a continual breach of international treaties and national laws.

Reasoning for this continual interference and tactics by conservation groups is a simple one, they what to stop whaling at any cost, not Norway’s whaling just Japans.

Is it a plausible reason or excuse in the ways of their approach? The answer is No. Is it going to stop whaling? The answer is No again. Has the conservation groups involved listed below thought about their actions and the results of what could happen? No once again.

Conversation groups don’t think it’s simple, because these are not scientific researchers they have not thought it threw enough to know that even stoping Japan from whaling is not going to stop Norway or anyone else with EEZ Claims.

Who have reserved the right to claims in Antarctica if there was not an ATS Treaty well there is America, Russia and China all of which have no problem with the arrangement via IWC in whaling seasons and permits.

Do conservation groups have any push with Norway in whaling? The answer is No. Can conservation group stop Norway from whaling in Antarctic? No they can’t, why because Norway has its own EEZ in Antarctic waters and can do what they like, when they like within these waters.

Why because conservation groups interfere with Norway’s fishing vessels, they can be captured by Norway and jailed under Norway’s Local laws that’s why under hostile operations within Antarctic waters.

How much does Norway catch per year? Well for 4.8million population against Japans 128million population Norway catch an average of three quarters of Japans catch per year.

How far can conservation groups go with stoping whaling well not far at all, Japans is it.

There is one option only available that any educated persons would look at and approach this situation in minimising catches that IWC. Why because the IWC since 1946 are in charge of seasons and permit catches no one else. IWC can shorten seasons of whaling if the feel the numbers of replenishment are down from previous years.

So bully away conservation groups and then pay the price for your services to your campaign.

Other Conservation Vessels involved Bob Barker:

1. Boxing in approach to Maru
It is clear from footage supplied that conservation ships taking advantage of ships travelling inline to actively try a boxing in tactic approach on the Maru.

This is a clear intension of police tactics being used on the sea by non government vessels to produce the out-come desired.

2. Antarctic pollution breaches using projectiles other the water in the intension to harm.

3. Reckless manoeuvres on the sea and not observing sea safety.

9. Using a non Navy or Customs vessel to illegally interfere with international shipping vessels.

10. Approach and manoeuvres to block slipway of international shipping.

Summary:

It’s my clear view that over the years conservation vessels have intentionally targeted Japanese vessels in relation to whaling yet outlining their acceptance of allowance for Norway to continue.

In accordance to such manoeuvres under ‘Laws of the sea’ clearly gives Japan a green light (if choosing) for its government to allow Japans Navy the right to board and arrest conversation crews as well as take the possession of their vessels under the act of Pirates on the sea (Unclos).

It’s recommended that on capture of these vessels and crew by military they are towed back to Japan or Australia for proceedings in the international Supreme Court.

As countries such as Australia have not proceeded with the intension so far to interfere nor control these conservation ships in accordance to the ATS Treaty and/or national laws only to have the AMSA/IWC to confirm that Japan was not responsible for the collision nor bullying. (another one-sided action)

In saying this, our government supports these conservation ships bullying tactics and do not recognise the UN ATS UNCLOS via not reinforcing our responsibility to police our own citizens and vessels that represent us within our EEZ in Antarctica under our own laws.

Being a second rate diplomatic entity rather than a first power diplomatic country by not observing such treaties and breaching such treaties buy not approaching these topic by diplomatic means, that clearly via the Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard (also education minister) in charge while Mr Rudd was on leave stated her support for this anti whaling complain prior to launching an AMSA/IWC enquiry via televised media.

It is up to Japan to pursue and push for these vessels to no longer be allowed to approach nor interfere with any type of vessel on the high seas in the future via the International Supreme Court.

Under international laws these vessels have no authorization as being independent corporations to neither interfere nor approach any vessel on the high sea or national waters.

The only vessels authorised in doing so are navy and custom vessels to maintain peace and harmony on the high seas, local waters and Antarctica and may pursue vessels across international waters that are on the run unto apprehended.

Furthermore while in custody of Japan I recommend continuous movie viewings of the whaling history of Japan starting back in the 12th century in English and Japanese.

In relation to whaling and the reproduction of each, the Humpback Whale produces 6-8 young per year after the age of 10 it is estimated that there are 10,000-15,000 worldwide, a Minke Whale gives birth to 1 per year after the age of 2 it is estimated that there are 800.000 worldwide and Sperm Whales produce 7-10 per year after 10 years of age it is estimated that there are 200,000 worldwide.
