Identity abolished by Docs

Send to friendSo many children have had thier Identities abolished by DoCs, DoCs think its just fine to hide the real identity , background and culture of children in OOHC.
They have stolen our childrens identity and we thier family will not rest until it has been fully restored.
Lawyer has been retained Court case Section 90 to commence in next few months.
Lets not forget the The Stolen Generation Protest come Febuary 2010

DoCs .... The Manager's Manager
We know who the Case Worker is.
= The almost accommadating office clerk that continually tells you , i can't answer that ...i'll have to speak to my manager and call you back.
We know who the Manager is.
= The one who is well trained in using the word PROCESS and refuses to answer any question you may ask concerning " YOUR CHILD ", and then tells you i'll have to consult my Manager.
Or on rare occassions she/he will give you the answer to your concerns, dates, times and then the very next day the dates , times etc have all changed, until she speaks to her Manager once more = The Manager's Manager.
I have to wonder if the Manager's Manager is real.
No one ever gets to speak to her/him , no one has ever seen her/him , yet this invisible controls your child's life.
Who is the Manager's Manager and does she/he even exist ????????????

When i asked the case worker at DoCS > > This is ludicrist , why has our sibling group been carved up into three Agencies and hence three seperate carers ?????
Her reply to me was > > > They are part of a Government experiment. Their gaurdian Linda Burney threw our children into her Government experiment.NICE ONE LINDA !
Would the person who designed and or gave the go ahead for this Government experiment PLEASE STAND UP and Speak your Name ? As we the children's/guinea pigs maternal family have some very informative news relating your experiment !
YOU WHO EVER YOU ARE, YOU HAVE DESTROYED OUR CHILDREN"S BONDS , RELATIONSHIPS , BACKGROUND CULTURE , SPRIRITS . FAMILY TIES, and all this in the name of your EXPERIMENT.
My intention is to find you and personally relate to you the damage , destruction and inhumane actions you took on our children.
Shame on your GOVERNMENT EXPERIMENT, SHAME ON YOUR GOVERNMENT and SHAME ON YOU LINDA BURNEY. SHAME SHAME SHAME.

What ever happened to the grant available to case workers to keep sibling groups together.
Instead they spread them far and wide , never to know each other again..............five visits to see each other PER YEAR ! How Dispicable ! and on these five occassions had their freedom of speech to each other denied. No playfull interactions either = ZILCH
Older sibling sister denied her RIGHTS to spend quality time with the siblings she adores and craves to love and be with.
The sibling sister who done DoCS & CatholicCares work for them in organising the sibling group visits, for DoCS were NOWHERE TO BE SEEN as in tell someone that cares.
Just goes to show this CRUEL Department of Community Services NSW has no intention of keeping families together , their priority is to carve them up and allienate them from each other and their maternal families.

I am currently researching cases where judges have removed children from parents because the parents have been extremely dedceiptful, committed fraud etc etc and the judge referred to them as worthless examples as parents etc.
so obviously when looking at the evidence we each have, that is then classified as offence of misleading evidence, corruption, fraudulent affidavits, i somehow find that these parents would have to have risk of harm reports filed for each action of fraud / corrupt behaviour etc ... obviously in the best interest of the child.
How many risk of harm reports on a parent (docs worker) does it take to have their children removed ???
... I am so enjoying my law and legislative research, and cannot wait to have the formal register set up where complaints can be filed simply by adding docs worker name, department, complaint type (this will be offence under legislation ...), manager, evidence supporting, and statement of awareness to manager that leglsation states it is an offence not to disclose corrupt conduct of public official to director general and so on and so forthe for the director general to the icac.
keep the alliance registrations coming guys so i can keep you informed on where we are.
keep the preliminary docs register complaints coming too so we can try and slow down the abuse process.
keep your chins up, there are a lot more of you out there than you are aware.

Its one thing to remove a new born baby from it's mother immediately after it's birth and way before the mother has delivered her afterbirth Re: CRUEL COLD AND CALCULATING.
But to take twins from a mother ...... and then...............seperate them.

Maternal Grandmother begged to care for her twin/grandchildren , but was denied that right due her age 60 something....DoCs said no ! your too old.
The inconsistancies of Docs =
THEY GAVE LUKE TO A 70 SOMETHING YEAR OLD CARER, WHO ALREADY HAD OTHER CHILDREN IN HER CARE.

alecomm.com has reached 2ooo hits , it just goes to show how much this site is warranted, justified, and the reasons why it has been created.
It has been created to help/assist parents. grandparents,Maternal family that have been lied about , intimidated. downtrodden and had their children stolen by corrupt and unethical standards, non compliance of their own Poilicies. Procedures,Recommadations and Directives.
DoCs say there is a shortage of Foster Carers, thats a lie, the fact is ... they DoCS are stealing far TOO MANY CHILDREN with their corrupt and unethical standards that is now an instilled culture in NSW Department of Community Services.

The list of unethical, negligent, immoral caseworkers/managers is growing daily.

hi just thought i would say that today i achieved what i thought was un acheivable. i got to meet anfd speak with in person the director for child and families in her highly secured office . so i just want to encourage you that after lots of fighting i got to that invisibable person who pulls the strings and its well worth the effort. just keep fighting never give up and always go higher dont just take the local managers word for it.

well what they are doing is i have all 4 of my kids back and the director general has ordered my file be sent to her for a full review. they are also reviewing my file as a ward of the state and making a decision about giving me the after care im owed . i think thats a great start.

Got my child back the 26th jan doing the fight from with in and using their powers of words against them, so keep fighting.If you don't no one will, and as you can see they are traumatised when they come home.

as i have found over the past 6mnths during this fight always use there policys against them, go over there heads and stand firm fight for all of your rights and always make sure they know you know they are f#@*ing up. and if your lawyer isnt doing what you want sack them and get a better one . that was the best thing i did. at first i thought because it was legal aid i couldnt change lawyers , but you can and i got to pick and boy am i glad i did. within one week of changing lawyers adn throwing a hissy fit 2 back than after going above the rgional directors head i had my third child home and had it in writing the date the fourth child would be home.
today i had a very very long meeting in my local office and well the manager dosent like me so much because hes in trouble and dosent like the fact that i have a direct number to the director and i called her in the middle of our meeting to complain about him again and he got another serve.
let them know you are serious stick to everything you say you will do. and fight fight fight . if you dont fight for yourself to start with nobody can help you.
in my town im now known as the women who beat docs and i have other parents asking for my help to get there kids and i can say that so far i have at the very least helped at least one of these familys get better access to there children , rights and visits over christmas, adn now the possibility of her babies coming home in a week and a half when she goes to court. im praying all goes well on the 15th.
also if you can get a ngo to advocate for you for your basic human rights , it makes it harder for docs to get away with there bullshit.
oh and if possible get your manager and cseworkers email address email all communication and blind copy it to someone you trust emails can be held up in a court of law as evidence and hold more credability than handwritten notes.
in nsw most docs workers emails are therename@community.nsw.gov.au so if you have to figure it out and suprise them it works wonders and they know once things are done via email if they dont reply you can show the court that they arent being co operative.

I would just like to add with the email a MUST do they hate it I found that to be the only way to communicate with them. Yes that was at my mums house when Crystal was 3 weeks old They did steal my princess from the labour ward and also took my 1year old son Tommy from my cousins at the sametime he was not at immediate risk of harm however they were concerned I may just take him from her mind you he had live with me & my partner from birth I went to court while crystal was 1 week old still in hospital they actually keep her at hospital for 2 weeks so i could bond with her I live 5 minutes from hospital so was there every feed except 3am feed for that 2 weeks my mother was givin full interim custody DOCs hated it they even had call the nursery at the hospital and told them a worker would be there have Crystal ready she is going into care before we were in court... Docs were ordered to give Tom to my mother and we had visit supervised by mum we beat them in court they were ordered to do a restoration not happy were the DoCS and of course the goal post gets moved when ever you are close to the goal line now were back in court with a section 90 NEVER ENDS but WE WONT GO AWAY.... I am at Parramatta But St Marys DoCs

CatholicCare are now trying to divide our sibling group even further than DoCs has already done !
We have a very mentally unbalanced man caring under CatholicCare ageny for two of our children in the sibling group.
Before the sibling group visits this mentally unbalanced mans mentally and emotionally tells our children that they will be kidnapped if they go to see their siblings etc etc etc CatholicCare are well aware of this mans abuse of our children and totally support this abuse.
This mentally unbalanced man has been putting our little girls name and activities up ontwo global internet sites.
DoCs got legal advice regarding what action to take on CatholicCares deranged CARER ! We have asked the outcome of that legal advice re: NIL REPLY
The Carer has also assaulted our little boy , hence CatholicCare are also aware of this and are standing by their abusive employee/Carer, why ? because of they don't they will lose their commission on agency fees for our two children
Our children are not only locked into the DoCs REGIME , but by GOOD OL"E CATHOLICCARE who don't really give two hoots about our children and are covering abuse in overdrive RE: CatholicCare case manager has been reported on the list at alecomm.com
Do not hesitate to report CAtholicCares CASE WORKERS for they will conspire/ Lie / retract evidence etc just in the same way DoCS does.

CatholicCare case worker admitted to me that their carer had abused our children emotionally and mentally in a cruel CRUEL way, two days later she retracted that conversation.

I also had a drawn out conversation with the Director of Youth and Childrens Services of CatholicCare/CenterCare over a week ago regarding Maternal family attending a case meeting regarding our children 1) Request to attend = NIL Reply
2) Request to attend sibling visit = Nil Reply
3) to make a formal complaint on her
retracting case manager = Nil Reply
Alienation reigns at CATHOLIC CARE / Centre Care
CatholicCare have assisted in choosing a religion for our children and i can tell you it's a long long way away from Catholism and any other mainstream church . The religion involves SUPER NATURAL practices. Miracle cures of 25 Deaf people. etc etc etc
