They know how to do their job ...however their number one priority is first and foremost to protect the dispicable Dpt they work for, kissing all morals goodbye and more than happy to practice the unethical standards that cause misery and trauma to children and families.

You are absolutely correct Col , when you say they brainwash children against their families. They also support abusive placements and once a child has confided in family members that they have been abused by their carers, the Dpt hides these children from their families causing untold damage to the child.

They are feeding our children prescription drugs by truck load and denying them their rights under the Children's Charter of Rights.

They seperate sibling groups in a cruel and sadistic manner in order to cut family ties, bonds and relationships.

Well all those involved in J.I.R.T.s are supposed to act honestly and act in the interests of the children (according to the Children and Young Persons Care & Protection Act).

The problem is all JIRTs are worried about are their own arbitrary performance indicators. i.e. The number of "convictions" they get by police and number of closed cases at DoCS. Neither of these indicators provide any incentive to act in the child's best interests. In fact, quite the opposite, if DoCS can close the case without doing any work they still get a positive outcome against their performance indicator but do absolutely nothing for the child.

Remember only 10% of child protection money actually goes to helping the child by providing family intervention!!!

DoCS uses the excuse "we get xxxx cases a week so its OK for us to write down the wrong thing". Even the Victorian Child Safety Commissioner thinks this a good enough excuse to be dishonest.

It wouldn't be good enough for most people to be dishonest in at work and neglected the needs of clients

Reviews of JIRTs demonstrate there is no evidence that they are protective to children yet even their political overlords only see "convictions" as positive outcomes from JIRTs because they claim it "protects" them somehow by magic.

Since they have no real indicators of how well they act on behalf of children they simply count the number of successful prosecutions (or, when they feel like being really sophisticated in their performance measurement they will report the proportion of successful prosecutions instead).

They do not report anything about the welfare, wellbeing or development of the children because the children are the furthest thing from their minds. If you ask them to be concerned about the welfare of the children (especially if you tell them DoCS is providing falsified evidence to them) the police respond with "its not my job" to question DoCS.

In fact, it appears to be nobody's job in NSW to enforce the law when it comes to dishonesty at DoCS.

For the benefit of the Child Safety Commissioner the real fact of the matter is there is no reason why they wouldn't or shouldn't make stuff up? After all they get an apparent improvement in their performance if they do and there is no way the public will know if the child is traumatized by the inappropriate actions - harm to the child not even measured.

Bankstown Childrens Handicapped Centre should be closed down . Children are being sexually abused and when the children confide to their loved ones of their sexual abuses ...these children are hidden away and drugged up to the HILT.
