I contacted Danielle from your office on the 5.2.10 and requested she relay to you my suggestion you stand aside gracefully.
This is my last attempt to ask you publicly to stand down from your position. You have mismanaged, neglected and hidden behind your self erected wall of secrecy long enough.
Should you not resign by the 28.2.10 when Anna Bligh is in Innisfail, I a

nd other members of Luke's Army will confront the premier with evidence of your mismanagement and misconduct.
You have retained your credibility by hiding behind media laws and surrounding yourself with a group of ignorant and arrogant women who believe they are never wrong and untouchable, like yourself.
Whilst I cannot comment as yet on my son Luke Borusiewicz (Who you could have saved the life of) who died in the foster home which you are extremely familiar with, daily I am recieving information with regards to your failure to comply with your duty of care.
Many good child safety officers have left your department unhappy with the management. I have not spoken to one foster carer as yet who has a good word to say about their relationship with DoCS. To be blunt, most of them say you are idiots that wont listen.
Who is to blame Pat??? This is not the time to pass the buck. It is not a game, there are no winners in my son's case. Children are dieing.
The foster care system is overcrowded due to the heavy handed tactics of your elite team of untouchables who answer to noone and are quick to assume removal of a child does not effect the child, and the parents emotional stability and wellbeing do not come into consideration.
Putting an already duressed parent into further depression does not help the childs welfare.
Foster carers are walking away frustrated with the arrogant attitudes of people like you, who think that foster carers are an unlimited resource and a lesser human being than a DoCS worker, as is the rest of society.
You blatantly refuse to listen to NGOs, and the report I am currently investigating, or change that to one of the many I am investigating regarding yourself, will plainly expose you for the incompetant underachiever you have stagnated into.
It is with great sadness I demand your resignation as I am sure you have contributed much to the health and safety of many children. Blind Freddy can see there are major issues that need fixing with your department. You have had your chance for several years and neglected your position, choosing to ignore so many desparate pleas from parents, children, foster carers, your own child safety officers and non governmental officers.
Unlike my son, if conditions were improved in your department these citizens could come back.
You must accept responsibility for the numerous failures and shortcomings of your department.
With my latest article, which I plan to release in the Cairns Sun, I expect many more disappointed, disgusted and mistreated people to come forward, as is already the case.
I don't want to publish any of it Pat. This is not a lynch mob, or a hate campaign, this is about fixing the public service.
Have you ever considered yourself a public servant Pat? Are you above a council worker? Are you above a nurse? Are you above a teacher? Are you above the police? Are you above the man who drives the rubbish truck Pat???
Stand aside Pat and allow some fresh enthusiastic talent to change the system which is built on negativity, authoritarianism and dishonesty whenever an admission of failure or mistakes are needed.
Stand aside Pat Anderson or I will pursue your termination relentlessly by exposing case after case after case of your endangerment and neglect of children and families.
Don't make me drop this first bombshell, unlike Luke, you will not be protected by media laws. Luke's time will come.
And another thing Pat, the media laws you pervert for your own ascendancy and leverage do little to sustain my determination to see this travesty stopped. I will gladly do jail time or stand in front of bullets to see justice achieved for my son and the countless other mistreated, disadvantaged and vulnerable children and families you and your team of banshees have walked over.
These media laws are on my list of concerns that I am seeking to positively bring about change to.
But....I am afraid, Pat Anderson, Manager of The Department of Child Safety Cairns North....You are at the top of my list of defective and unsatisfactory components that must be changed to improve this failing system.

This attack from me is an attack on your position Pat, not you personally, for we have never met. This department has been neglected and left to decay into a state of chaos.
Changes need to be made. You are not going to sack your buddies, and the stubborness and arrogance inherant in your department becomes more rampant with the seniority of each staff member.
I am nothing, I am nobody, you can easily discredit me, write me off, but I am not in charge of the lives of numerous children and families.
I am just a father who loves his son more than anything in the world. Those were the last words I said to my son as he was driven off for the last time. I said "Sorry Luke, I am trying everything, they just wont give you back."
I dropped to the ground in front of the playground and cried. His beautiful angelic face had scratches on it, two days later his mother found severe scratches on his penis, three days later he received a fractured skull.
He was left to die for six hours until I rang the house a third time, and an ambulance was finally called.
I also called you Pat Anderson, while he lay there dieing. It was the third time that week, you never once returned one of my calls.
I was referred to you by the DoCS complaints department in Brisbane the week prior to his fatal injury, as they also found the situation extremely alarming.
I have parents with signed affidavits saying they informed you of bullying that occurred regularly in that foster home, by the 74 year old foster carer and the children.
You also knew this house was for children with seious behavioural problems, and you put a two year old child whose father begged continuously for his return, alone with these older disturbed children.
I am telling you now Pat Anderson, Luke is the least of your worries. You are wreckless and irresponsible, callous and I would guess, you have had enough anyway, or you would be doing a better job, now piss off Pat Anderson.
