Good on ya! Any tips for us lay people of how to go about getting the liars and deceivers charged?

Anyone out there heard of SCAN? the secret network that apparently discusses child abuse?
my grandson was in danger for years- he was left with mum, and a really bad guy-mum a young mental-age they take advantage- awful.we care about her. docs did some stuff whilst he was with them, but no-one took seriously his unhappiness. in fact, they blamed me and we weren';t even there!!!for two years-(his mum had run away to an internet jerk).
He decides to walk home, to be safe-10 kms.crossed 30 roads- he is only SEVEN!!!2007 because he hated the refuge!!they got the POLICE to him, for trying to protect himself, to come home to us!!they said he used a baseball bat to hurt the staff...(the baseball bat was a plastic toy)..they act as though it is a real one- he wanted to jump/climb from the two story window- to come home- the police dragged him to the psych ward!!!!GUESS who gets blamed for his behaviour there,,,YES...ME!!!(he is happy here, a really nice boy- but the court stuff is a burden)to us all.
No enmity between his mum and her family.But the DV,refuge women, and all these plotters, make her confused- they use her too!! not to get together, but tear the family apart. God. WHO OPENED THE GATES OF HELL? most of the banshees are (women?)
Anyway, grandson trudges back, dehydrated, feels safe, is forced to do the visits, (these remind him of abuses) and he gets retraumatised- LEGAL AID, makes sure we reject them on all sorts of misrepresentations-one, even sat us in a room, and screamed at us- it was baiting. & I get a solicitor's note to give him back-(rumour is I kidnapped him) facts are different- going on years- hey, they try to accuse us of domestic violence-we hate violence- was not able to school, or provide medical or dental for the boy!!!!at least a year!! no offence, but they tell me i could if I was ATI!!not considered his legal guardian?
less rights than any illegal..(no offence)
THEN someone somewhere in the court system orders a subpoena and we get a copy, only recently, laugh or cry....unexpected proof?

It reads like a macbethian witch plot- if not serious would be so creepy funny.
In this, the woman from the local refuge is suggesting how this boy won't be able to be schooled,(by me) by using the technicality of keeping him enrolled at a school he physically cannot get to!!! (to accuse me)she is cranky at me standing for my rights years ago? I forgot and moved on- she remained obviously revengeful. but....she is not alone-in this nefarious plot...
there are many members present at this SCANdal meeting; from the hospital, docs, police, etc.,NO-ONE objects to stopping his enrolments for school!!!!!NO_ONE!!they couldn't give a damm about his welfare- they are after ME!but, I am a sober little old lady, with the guts to stand up, after they bash me- (lost most of my teeth now-) I stand up and preach God's truth, to them!
Even the local DETA bloke who gives them the date I tried to enrol my grandson for home-schooling!!!!!plotting with the rest of them!!!!To think, I had even asked his help, via phone-before-
A copper is there, NAMED! who bashed me before, because I complained about a paedophile, in this town.then he dragged me to local psych hospital, to get me pronounced a nut!!!wicked.I still bear signs.and pain.
A TOP? Paediatric hospital DOCTOR suggested to dentists how I cannot get his teeth fixed at the school dentist as I am not his rightful guardian!! IT IS WRITTEN HERE! unbelievable revelations of their hidden agendas.
and did docs come and visit us?? for these years??NO... not least...detective who knew of the abuses to this child, helping to suggest ways I could be arrested by them!!(they said there was no abuse!to him from the mum's bloke- my eye!)
wow!!!NOT A WORD about what happened to the boy- what is beneficial to this child...except to condemn his behaviour whilst with the refuge!!He was seven, he called them all "blackmailers"-wow....he says they hate boys there....poor child-
now, at the last court,(federal, Brisbane) they, ( the chief justice; docs team leader, and a barrister, and the docs lawyer, and an ICL solicitor we have no regard for professionally) blackmail me into signing a parental intervention agreement- I did not want to, but they had their lawyer there, and they threatened to take my grandson!!!Even though they visited, whilst I was away from home, at the court, and found him happy and healthy!!! He is an elvis impersonator- we were never fans...see his first little stage act, youtube, levi elvis impersonator.just turned seven...he does this himself-has not grown out of it, and wants to establish a charity for homeless children!!!he wants to dance and sing- not have to be constantly afraid!!!HE says they stole his childhood away!!!
The first thing he asked for after his final successful trek home....was a good LAWYER......anyone know of any, I don't even own a house, car or diamond ring.He says he'll pay for it, when he is famous...(he just did his first audition for a hugh jackman casting call)I know- it is but the gesture of a desperate child,who wants peace, and did nothing to deserve being dragged to the psych ward when all he wanted was real love, peace and his pets, and he brings joy especially to older Elvis fans-(he loves God, too). they love his nice politeness, and chats.he also likes abba; gene kelly dancing; and johnny cash-all his own interest!I, am an artist, seamstress, chef, his resident aunt, a newspaper sub-editor, his uncle a self-teaching musician, and nice, quiet young man-yet, the psychologist for the court did not want to interview these family members- only a bitterly estranged daughter stolen from me, with her brother, in 1965, Townsville/Cairns.another very horror story there too.
LEVI NEEDS A BARRISTER< to protect him, and to SUE the pants off these paedo-protectors....we do all we can- it may not be enough.
I collapsed a year ago, from the stress-they refuse to concede defeat IT IS ATTRITION ....ruining our lives.
it is SCANdalous and more. Levi too, is a fighter. He survived horrendous ordeals, like being locked in the shower with his mum's user, a schizophrenic, who was naked, who did rotten things to him-we prayed daily for him...God hallowing the souls of the little angels who don't survive-if most foster "parents" took care of dogs, rspca would be onto them.....have to go...have palpitations again. stress. LEAVE US ALONE YOU LIFE SUCKERS....stop destroying my family!!!it is DEFAMATION. we have it written.

Yes the time has come to pay there dues I can't wait until that day arrives as we know enough is enough.... I ask myself do these DoCs workers belive they are doing the right thing ????Protecting children ... I wonder as these children do need protection but unfortuately they need protection from our goverment not there parents.. How sad is this country??? so sad....
