Docs Involvement- Reports made by mother about such Morally Irreprihensible, Sexually Abusive and Negligent behaviours including incidents involving children being exposed to hard core explicit pornography and exposure to strangers/adults met on Sexual based advertising sites. Docs response- Nil. Family Law Courts Qld Response- NIl- Family Reporter and Childrens Solicitors Response- Nil. Recent Events whilst children in Care of Morally Irreprihensible, Sexually Abusive and Negligent Parent- Directly after accessing explicit pornographic content whilst being inadequately supervised by teen. 5.5 yo girl sexually assaulted by disabled sibling and other juvenille, Other parent upon hearing of incident seeks immediate medical attention for 5.5 yo girl.Morally Irreprihensible, Sexually Abusive and Negligent Parent abuses other parent for this action as action results in involvement of police and docs. Police response- concerns raised to DOCS regarding access to pornography and supervision no further action taken. Other Parent response-???? raised Why weren't serious reports investigated prior to recent incident and what is DOCS going to do now to protect Children. DOCS Response- Issues will be raised with Morally Irreprihensible, Sexually Abusive and Negligent Parent but no action will be taken. Other parents options- Under Legal Aid system- Due to the very short period of time in which the legal judgement was made and the Morally Irreprihensible, Sexually Abusive and Negligent Parent showed his negligence and innability to provide a safe environment <3 months Legal Aid QLD refuses to Fund new application to other parent. Other parent is advised by Legal Aid appointed Solicitor that in private solicitor can be funded strong case stands for reapplication to court for ammended parenting orders restricting access. Other parent unable to fund representation other farent forced to fear daily for safety of children whilst on visitation

How is it that blogs like this even exist. I keep reading and hear fear, helplessness, injustice, corruption, gross negligence and the like in writers stories. These are all stories from victims of the ridicule of which is named DOCS.

For more that half my life I have been a mother and I have been hearing these stories for longer. They have used other names, They have preached other promises but In my experience the actual practise of these dept.. is mainly universal BOLLOCKS
I remember being 14 and being made a ward of the State in ACT. I went to my first appointment with WELFARE
My case worker was 19 and 12 months into her Degree. Upon my enquiry I was advised that she had lived at home all her life, her parents were paying for her education, she drove a car purchased and kept by them, her parents were happily married of 25 yrs. She had travelled extensively at thier cost Blah Blah Blah Blah. She then went on to state to me that she knew how I felt. Even though a home had been offered me by a family friend of my whole lifetime. I was placed in a youth hostel. On my first night in my new home that I had been placed in for my safety I was violently physically and sexually attacked by another resident having a bottle broken inside of me. Shattered, bleeding and emotionally destroyed I was forced to remain in this place for another 3 months. The fifth time I ran away I was deemed by the dept to be uncontrollable and was placed in a juvenille detention centre. In 12 months I went from a child who was unable to reside with paternal parent to an drug addicted, sexually unihibited, emotionally destroyed, petty criminal- FOR MY OWN SAFETY- Please exolain how these departments are helping us or our children or securing out/thier future safety and wellbeing.
