It would be very interesting to be able to get statistics of children nationwide whom have died in the care of DHS/DOC'S and have these individual storys in a public forum and wether or not any action was ever taken,legal or otherwise...
I know in 2005 my belovered son died in care and currently I have a civil action pending and have a very dedicated law firm taking DHS in Victoria on.
I have not heard of many legal actions taken against DHS nor Doc's and am wondering if anyone else has this information that may be passed on to others that may require it.

History- Messy seperation arising from Morally Irreprihensible, Sexually Abusive and Negligent behaviours. Docs Involvement- Reports made by mother about such Morally Irreprihensible, Sexually Abusive and Negligent behaviours including incidents involving children being exposed to hard core explicit pornography and exposure to strangers/adults met on Sexual based advertising sites. Docs response- Nil. Family Law Courts Qld Response- NIl- Family Reporter and Childrens Solicitors Response- Nil.

I have notified Parliament House and will be filling out the Form 1 application to the Sydney Rocks Police Station. I have emailed SMH, the Australian and CBN news, a Current Affair, you name it I've emailed them! I don't know if they will do anything but they've certainly been notified. Please show up, because it is now your chance to be heard.

It appears to me that the reason the evil ones continue to get away with their lies, distortions & fabrications is that 'your word against theirs' doesn't constitute sufficient weight of evidence to convince a magistrate DOCS staff are in the wrong. If anyone is in doubt, consider how many have thought they have a good case, only to find that their sworn statements are not judged to be as credible as those of DOCS staff.
