Mandatory service a subject that has come up a number of times over the years pushed by governments and countries alike and yes since the last world wars there will never be any compulsory war lotteries for the general public ever again for 18 year olds.

Generation Y and X are considered to have separated from the older generations, we as a generation are very mindset with broader views on life in general.

I have a 14yr boy who in the past 2-4 months has been before a judge between 3 and 4 times for car theft, numerous break and entering and has not attended school for 4-6 months.

In reference to children in long or short term care, these are people at a disadvantaged from young ages, these are people that are normally damaged goods mentally and/or physically very early within becoming wards of the state due to numerous reasons family or social separation that may carry/struggle-with some of these issues through to adult life.
