I think I have given the State Ombudsman the shits.

The State Ombudsman can clearly see that there is something wrong, then closes the file a week later. Obviously, due to pressure from elsewhere.

The DFC documents are not objective. They have been twisted around, with some vital information missing. Everything in the DFC records is designed to make the parents look like the worst people in the world.

Even some of the stuff Ive said has been altered to do the same thing.

If you have to deal with any Child Protection service, I suggest you tape record every conversation and keep detailed documents.

So your daughter sought social assistance through "Community Services" but instead of provide appropriate Social/Community Services they blamed her and took the children?

I know the story.

It should be clear to anyone that seeking assistance from DoCS is not like asking a doctor or someone that has a responsibility to make the right decisions. They can simply blame parents for the assistance not being available then blame the parents again for not getting it.

People who have heard how DoCS operates wouldn't even go near them. I was told that they don't do anything useful before I went to them but I insisted they must because its the LAW.

Of course I had no idea they both lie and break the law and all the people that are supposed to oversee the organization brush aside their lies and false reports.

Justice Wood - try option (c) !!!!

DoCS takes revenge against parents that ask for help obtaining services when they are having difficulties. They lie about what is appropriate and lie about what is available and during criminal investigations they fabricate evidence to blame the parent for no services.

Yet the oversight bodies brush it all aside and courts treat them as responsible.

Good child welfare (or any welfare) can never be based on lies and fabricated false evidence from unaccountable public servants.

ICAC, The NSW Ombudsman and Police all tell me that fabricated evidence from DoCS is not a corrupt or legal issue.

What are the laws about fabricating false evidence and false and misleading statement for? Why are DoCS exempt from these laws?

In order to put a stop to Annette Gallard sending out her CLONED letter to all as a response on behalf of the Minister Linda Burney ...

Had similar experiences to you.
The downside is that the reality is you were
guilty in the eyes of the law until you could prove
your innocence.
In your case, obviously the taped phone calls got you off the hook.
It says something about Australia's legal system that you must resort to taping conversations merely to prove your innocence.
