Send to friendMy name is Alex,and I am one of many that DOCS have Branded.
My recent family was ripped apart by DOCS,where DOCS and only DOCS states and Claims that I am a Danger to Society,that I am a Danger to women and a danger to children,more so My own.
I have never ever been Questioned by any Police officers of the Claims Stated by Docs,
I have never been taken to a court room to face a judge and or Jury, I am Not even on any Sexual Registers.
Each partner I have had, I have openly Told of me,to what i have done in my past and what DOCS states I am, I hide Nothing from these women,even total strangers that I meet, I open up and spill my guts out.
On the 29th of Aug, My son was born at 1:06am the mother(Jodie age 33)her first child, 20 odd hours of labour and Drips hanging out of her and all doped up,at 1:30am, Jodie and I are Surrounded By 5 cops,as they told Jodie and I they are taking the new born and Marched me out of the hospital suite.Jodie didnt even get to hold the baby or breast feed him.
Docs take this child and place him with total strangers,and take this new born to a court room to have a placement for him.
When Jodie first fell pregnant,Jodie and I contacted DOCS, to meet us half way,so,I could be a Lab Rat,so the family we were building would not be Killed by DOCS.I was willing to do anything to prove my worth,DOCS Rejected this offer, When Jodie was about 7 months Pregnant,DOCS Knocked on our door,Stating They have Concerns of the Unborn,we didnt want anything to do with DOCS and Closed the door on them,About 2 weeks later,police came to my home,stating it was a raid,This Fake raid,was sent By Docs was to obtain intel. Then 2 weeks later,No family. I reported this to the CMC and on the 11th of Jan 08,The charges was dropped by police for the Raid they did.
From the moment DOCS stated that I am a pedophile, I screamed out my Innocence, I screamed out for the Justice and also for Compensation, it is this Compensation,That is the Main Issue to DOCS unprofessional and Uneducated file tampering to give me this Pedo Status, for even I know the compensation will be in the 100's of millions, Everytime I try to obtain legal aid, it is Rejected,lawyers want money that I dont have.

in some part of 2002,DOCS claims and States that I molested children. (This is why I scream out for the Justice and The compensation),In all of 2002,I am in a Max Sec Prison(nothing to do with Pedophilia),and I ask DOCS,How? how did I get out? to do this?. DOCS only response is that I am and I did.
How then can I be in two places at the same time.?.
I know all with in me, that I am a Normal human man,with normal human desires. Jodie is not the first that DOCS has ripped away from me. but jodie suffered the worst. DOCS told jodie to stay away from me,told her that I have Brain washed her. There was No, "Alex,its over between us,no anything of a break up", her last words to me was, Baby,prove who you are, you prove yourself,these words echo everyday. since Aug 07, Not one word from her.
I seek justice,I seek those accountable to be dealt with and Punished, I seek My life back, that DOCS Took/stole.
Why take the new born?.just 20 minutes old,why send in 5 cops?. when Im just 50 odd kilos?. why wont DOCS take me to face a judge?.
DOCS have done more wrongs then I have ever done in my life. only recently,a 10 yr old girl gets gang raped(twice) which docs controlled. and let that happen, another 10 yr old girl down brisbabe,is also Raped then Murdered by her father.
I am not here looking for words of help, I am seeking help to fight DOCS and to obtain what life i have left to rebuild a family.

You all do realise that the reason that a matter has to go to court and the reason that child protection agencies work underneath child protection legislation is that at the end of the day; it is the court's/magistrate's decision regarding whether the child/ren enter/remain in the Dept's care?
Everyone has different sides of the coin and different experiences I know...but from this section alone; it sounds like you all think there is a huge conspiracy and so much 'mistaken identity' and that numerous government Dept's (including DoCS, police and courts etc) are either hiding it or are so stupid that they don't know who they are talking about?
Sounds a little farfetched to me...

So Today we have access again and both my 15yo daughter and I will tell the DOC’s officer about my her being molestered in foster care at the age of 10yo and we will get the same blank faces, no reaction what-so-ever.

DOC’s don’t want to let it out that foster parents could do this crime though it would bring the foster system into disrepute AGAIN!!!.

DOCS Harm More Children
In September 2007 9-year-old Lachlan and thirteen year-old Kathryn were forcibly and illegally removed from their mother’s care by the Inala (Brisbane, Queensland, Australia) Department of Child Safety and placed in the care of their father and step-mother. At the time the children’s mother, Talhia held Family Law Court Orders giving her full residency of both children. The Department of Child Safety did not take out any other legal orders nor did they override the Family Law Court Orders current at the time of their illegal and immoral intervention.
Lachlan who suffers from multiple disabilities was assaulted by an officer during their physically abusive removal of Lachlan from his family home. Kathryn was collected from her school by departmental officers and advised that her mother never wanted to see her again and that she would be residing with her father and step-mother. Talhia is aware of this as Kathryn later relayed this information to her in a tearful situation where Kathryn apologised for believing that her mother didn’t want her.
Talhia was escorted by police to a psychiatric hospital where she was able to discharge the same day. By the time she returned home, her children were gone.
Child safety officers from the Inala Child Safety Office had previously advised Talhia in 2004 that she was to ensure that Kathryn and Lachlan were to have no further contact with their father and step-mother due to the level of ongoing violence in their family home. Additional to this advice was a warning; that should Talhia not act protectively and allowed Kathryn and Lachlan to have access with their father and step-mother, both children would be removed from her care.
On 17 September 2007 during a meeting between Talhia and a child safety officer Talhia was advised that both children would now reside with their father and step-mother and that she was to have nothing more to do with her children. She advised the officer that she had legal residency of both children but the officer advised her that the father claimed that there were no Family Law Court Orders in place. A copy was provided to the child safety officer.
The officer, Rod, advised Talhia that if she attempted to have any contact with her children the police would be called and she would be prevented from having contact. Rod advised that he was happy with the decision that he had made and that he believed in this case it was a good outcome for all. He advised Talhia that it would be to her disadvantage to make a formal complaint regarding the decisions and actions of the department’s officers.
Over the coming weeks Talhia wrote to the department and urged them to return her children to her care. She reminded them of the previous violence associated with the father and step-mother. This included an incident where the step-mother threw a knife at the father in the presence of the children. The knife bounced off the bench and ended up at Kathryn’s feet. She reminded them of the domestic violence orders previously granted by courts against the father. She provided diary entries of the abuse and reminded them of the psychologist’s reports to them involving the abuse of both children at the hands of the father and step-mother.
The department chose to ignore all of this.
In December 2007 Kathryn was permitted to have contact with Talhia. During this contact Kathryn revealed to not only Talhia but several other adults, the ongoing abuse and domestic violence she and her brother had been subjected to since residing with their father and step-mother. She begged her mother, “Please don’t send me back there”. Kathryn remained with her mother and for a week officers of the department and the police hounded Talhia and Kathryn.
After a week and advice from a solicitor Talhia and Kathryn met with departmental officers. Kathryn disclosed to them the ongoing violence she and her brother had endured. Talhia begged the officers to return Lachlan to her care but they advised her to lodge a recovery order with the Family Law Court to retrieve Lachlan. They advised that her current Order was still in place and that they could not override such an order. They would not assist with Lachlan’s return but left him in an abusive and violent environment. Talhia lodged an urgent application with the courts but to date the matter has still not been settled.
Kathryn and Talhia were not permitted any contact with Lachlan. They did not see him for Christmas or the New Year. Their attempts to speak with him on the telephone were prevented by the father and step-mother. The Department of Child Safety although responsible for Lachlan remaining in an abusive and violent environment with his father and step-mother, would not step in and assist. They knowingly left him in this environment and refused all of Talhia’s pleas.
On 23 March 2008 the children’s father returned Lachlan to Talhia. Both were covered in blood. The father, Barry advised Talhia that it was not safe for Lachlan to live with him due to the level of violence in his home. He advised that his partner had attacked him and was responsible for his injuries. He said he needed to go to hospital and left.
The blood on Lachlan turned out to be his father’s blood and he had no physical injuries but the psychological damage to Lachlan became apparent at a later date.
It is now October 2008 and Talhia’s application to the Family Law Court (lodged in December 2007) has still not been settled. The Magistrate appointed an independent solicitor for the children. The following is correspondence between that solicitor and Talhia. Details identifying parties have been removed or altered:

In the event that you have no recollection of Kathryn and Lachlan Roberts, I remind you that these are two children you have been privileged to represent through Legal Aid. Your appointment as their representative occurred following Magistrate Bowers ordering legal representation for Kathryn and Lachlan Roberts in the Federal Magistrate’s Court, Brisbane.
The matters before Magistrate Bowers arose from an application I made to the court in December 2008 to recover Lachlan Roberts from his father. To date, the application has not been dealt with.
I understand that your main interest in these children may be associated with the funding you receive from Legal Aid but Kathryn and Lachlan Roberts remain unsupported by their father or the court system.
Both children continue to reside with me where I remain responsible in meeting all of their ongoing needs without any form of support from their father, Barry Roberts.
Mr Roberts decided some months ago to withdraw all and any support and has maintained his assurance that he will force the children into foster care through denying emotional and financial support of our children.
Mr Roberts has claimed that inflicting such high levels of undue stress on me will result in such a decline in my health and financial situation that I will be forced into handing the children over to him.
Officers from the Child Protection Department have advised that due to the safety risk Mr Roberts poses to Kathryn and Lachlan he is to be denied contact with them. Mr Roberts exposed Kathryn and Lachlan to his partner, Valerie Eagle, during their last visit with him. This was despite previous claims by Mr Roberts that it is not safe for Kathryn, Lachlan or himself to be exposed to Valerie Eagle.
Mr Roberts’s lack of support has resulted in undue stress and extreme difficulties and I fail to see how this is in the best interests of Kathryn and Lachlan Roberts.
Mr Roberts has not contributed financially (child support) to the care of Kathryn and Lachlan for some months now and remains in arrears of approximately $2000. This is heavily impacting on the children’s quality of life. For example:
• Lachlan is in need of summer clothes-Mr Roberts refuses to return Lachlan’s clothing and belongings.
• The difficulties surrounding Kathryn’s growing chest require an outlay of approximately $200 every 3 months for specially fitted bras.
• Our new home is not yet completed and I am currently attempting to maintain rent and a mortgage. – Mr Roberts is aware of this and has advised that it is his hope that I lose the lot.
• Lachlan is currently not attending school which prevents me from engaging in paid employment.
• The children are not able to engage in regular sporting clubs/activities due to lack of funds.
• The children’s diet has changed considerably due to the lack of available funds for food.
• There are limited social outings for the children simply because we have no funds for petrol.
To date the Child Support Agency has not been successful in persuading Mr Roberts to financially contribute to the care of Kathryn and Lachlan.
During my last communications with Mr Roberts he advised that he did have the available funds in his bank account to financially contribute to the care of Kathryn and Lachlan but that he would not be doing so until he and his partner Valerie Eagle gained access to Kathryn and Lachlan.
I note that the last time we appeared in Court, Magistrate Bowers ordered that you organise a further court date within seven days of the Family Report being received. The Family Report was prepared and dated April 2008 and has been received by all parties but to date I have not been notified of our next court date.
My attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful with the telephone messages left for you remaining unanswered.
Can you please advise me of our next court date?

The psychiatric assessment was done by Dr Charles on 25 March 2008 prior to the family assessment which was done in April 2008.
I suggest that requesting an assessment/report from my own psychiatrist would have produced a more accurate assessment in a more timely manner.
The delays have incurred additional hardship for Kathryn and Lachlan and it would appear that other than myself, no one else is concerned about this.
This is an appalling reflection on the court system and its ability to protect children or act in their best interests.

I am aware that in recent weeks the Department of Child Safety have been making inquiries with many professionals associated with my family including my psychiatrist. These individuals have been kind enough to advise me of DOCS investigative activities.
Although I have not seen the assessment made by Dr Charles I doubt that it will provide an accurate reflection of my mental health or my ability to parent. At the time of the assessment Dr Charles confused me numerous times with another person who the court had ordered him to assess. I recall at the time that he argued with me as to the names of my children and insisted that I had a child named Chloe and/or Kylie. When I raised this with him he assured me that he does not confuse his clients. But I note that he left the room and returned with another file with my details in it.
I have no confidence in Dr Charles’s ability to produce an accurate assessment of my mental health or my ability to parent and I suggest that you obtain an accurate assessment from my treating psychiatrist instead, who has never confused me with anyone else.
I note here that you Greg have previously confused me with a drug addicted client of yours in the past and sent me an email regarding court ordered drug testing for your other client.
I am rather concerned by the possibility that inaccurate information (Dr Charles’s assessment) is being passed on to the Department of Child Safety. How is this department able to make accurate and informed choices if they are provided with information that may be inaccurate, false and/or misleading?
Decisions are being made regarding the best interests of Kathryn and Lachlan Roberts by people who have no idea as to what is in the best interests of Kathryn and Lachlan Roberts. To date these decisions have resulted in harm being inflicted on Kathryn and Lachlan due to inaccurate and false information.
I have forwarded a copy of this correspondence to my treating psychiatrist, to the family’s treating psychologist and significant others as I do have real concerns about this entire process.
There is an evidenced history of others (DOCS) making inaccurate decisions about Kathryn and Lachlan. This was more than evident following their decision to ignore concerns about the violence in Mr Roberts’s home which led to Mr Roberts returning Lachlan to my care covered in blood on 23 March 2008 following a violent altercation with his partner Valerie Eagle. Violence which others including DOCS chose to ignore.

Those delegated with the responsibility of protecting children are not only harming children but are also preventing protective parents from securing their children’s safety.
Submissions to a public inquiry into the Department of Child Safety in New South Wales were suppressed because the contents were so damming. One has to wonder why these departments continue to exist.

REPLY abusement by DOC's-ACCUSED OF PAEDOPHILIA
I am not sure if you are telling the whole truth. DOC's would not go to that extend surely unless they have a suspision that you have offended in some manner. You mentioned you have never been questioned or charged by police as a defence you are telling the truth. The police do not have to question you for an offence to have been committed unless that person or person's have filed a complaint and not all victims are brave enough to file a complaint. All it takes is someone to notify DOC's that you are a risk of sexual offending or advise them that they have been a victim of sexual abuse from yourself. If you are for real and telling the truth obtain your records through FOI to obtain some idea of where this accusation is coming from. It was a very dumb thing for you to walk into DOC's and advise them that your partner is expecting and if that is a problem. You made a notification against yourself!!! DOC's have made up their mind and nothing you do will persuade them otherwise. They have in ingrained hatred toward you and seems to be over a long period of time and you will not shift their view...Be honest with yourself if that is needed or be clever and do not do something so dumb again and tell them what you are doing with your life.

In my court case I had
In my court case I had subpeoned case notes etc. Guess what? Child protection refused to produce anything. I have now applied through FOI for my short, brief file which was found not proven and it is now 3 months and it still has not appeared and currently going through the complaints system. I know who are the accusers but unaware of what was actually said as her story keeps changing ...malicious accusation against my partner made by his sister as she was pi**ed off he didn't give her his car. As with Alex's story this is a vague theme with my partner. Alex must know when this approximately started. With me, I met my new partner and his break-up with his ex was bitter. She hit the drugs and found the children taken from her by child protection. Because I was in the scene she did not want her children having anything to do with me and was also punishing my partner, her ex. Needless to say all soughts of accusations was made throughout the process and in family law and back to child protection again. She was also friends with my partner's sister who together made accusations. So, understandably a very confused child protection. The young girls were also made to say things to child protection and I will not go into the whole long sorry saga but child protection have realised about this family how twisted they are but not without it having an effect on our new family, our child now 6 months old. Child protection though gave no warning just came to the door and took us away under an apprehension order, now found unproven, but I did have to fight and minus alot of money later. Here too is a case of changing case notes with my partner's file and changing stories, twisting etc. Yes this is very corrupt but we know we will never win against big brother. As I said we know of each false accusation and who has made them. What surprised me was most of the accusations was from a particular child protection worker when I attended protection court hearings in support of my partner she felt the need to make a notification. I am suspecting now that as they failed in their attempt to find my case proven their policy states they cannot re-investigate until 3 months has lapsed before the previous investigation. It is then they will re-write case notes to their benefit. Alex, you must also get any information you can through FOI regards your prison term, police record and start a time line commencing from birth of what you did, incidences, child and partners you were with and have this ready for your lawyer or pro bono lawyer. Your local lawyers will not tell you about pro bono lawyers. There is a Charles Pragnell in VIC who immigrateded over from England a well known activist and pro bono social worker. Google his name, off hand I do not know his e-mail address but it is listed on one of the sites in AUS.....As an ironic situation to my partner's case, his children have been in and out of child protection system for 4 years from a very young age, with the girls mostly living with their relatives for these years. The mother who made up alot of these stories now wants the children placed with us as her relatives want long term care. I feel unfortunately she has done such a good job on us and herself that child protection will only support the carers views. We are just waiting for another 4-7 years and the girls will be old enough to form a positive relationship with their father and hoping they are not so damaged. There is no financial compensation for this, no apologies. Alex, you will need to understand the enemy, know their policies. You can find their policies and procedures on the net but there are unwritten policies and decision made behind closed doors that no one will here about. They do not want to know about you unless there is a notification. Make yourself scarce and don't let them even see you as if they recognise you from other cases they will put in their own notification. Make no doubt about it they are men haters and would like men out of children's lives. Even if you come across a good worker they are bound to follow the policies. Do not even trust a good worker this is one of their ploys is for you to trust that good worker and for you to divulge information to them which they will then turn against you. The good workers usually end out leaving the system through exhaustion and disillusionment with the system. Get on with your life, your children will get older. With any luck, if there was and is no potential harm toward the children, maybe one of your past partners will also see the light about the department and allow you to see your children but never let child protection know. If you keep fighting you may loose your sanity and statistics are not kind to men going through family law and child protection cases. Alot end out suiciding. You children will get older and may seek you out. Good luck

Ahh, sorry to hear they are giving you so much trouble. DOCS are generally good, most 99% of what they do is good and generally most people don't have these kinds of issues with them.
Unless they have ruined your life, I'd set my mindset to just start over from scratch somewhere, shouldn't have any issues if your lifestyle is good.

I'm sorry to say Kim, but your comments are in ignorance. Surely you realise these people making calls to DoCS in the first instance, do so because they held the same beliefs as you do. It's true - all this stuff, they take your life and completely dismantle it. I can't begin to tell you - perhaps you should go read some archive docs on this forum, then you'll see your 99% success ratio for DoCS is WAY OUT!!!

The ONLY reason you would say the above remark is if you work for DOCS or the police. Please stay away from this forums. Unfortunately the government gives power to people with lower IQ's than most of us AND for those people, it is the only way for them to get some self confidence, so they either join the police or a department like DOCS.
Their lack of intelligence is quickly reflected on the way they behave and the way they act towards others - this is why, they often tend to falsify facts to try and get away with their objective.
In the case of DOCS workers (and not all but a large majority) they will ruin a family before getting their facts right and or making sure that accusations or allegations are correct - their ability to reason and to take everything into consideration is very limited by their lack of intelligence.
More than 90% of public servants fall in the same category - they do the job because its easy and because they could not do a job that requires a higher level of intelligence.
I'm sure that many of you "politically correct" individuals may disagree, but if you think about it long enough, you will arrive to the same conclusion as I have.
Of course, there are exceptions, namely ASIO, ATO and very few other government departments that actually hire intelligent people.
Best of luck with your cases, hope you have enough money to pay for the only intelligent people that get involved with all these various departments - the lawyers (but again, not those that are working for the government).
