After another harassing telephone call this morning and after doing a tally of probable breaches of Basic Term #4 of our Terms Of Use, the webmaster of this site has decided to block access for the following membership accounts:

'Graham' Joined: 20/04/2009 Posts: 125
'Prime Minister in waiting' Joined: 29/05/2009 Posts: 105

At the sole discretion of the webmaster it is further determined that as posts made by these members are a now a matter of 'public interest', those posts shall not be removed from this web site.

Webmaster made this determination with reference to term #4 of the 'General conditions' in the 'Terms Of Use' of this web site:

"4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use."

Basic Term #4 of the Terms Of Use reads:

"4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Altnews users."

Webmaster's comment: Those who post on forums and social networks really need to take responsibility for their words and carefully consider what they will publish in their name. Not just on this forum but everywhere on internet.

It is very disappointing to have to take such harsh measures especially after giving these members so many chances to modify their behaviour.
