The Practise of Law in this County of Australia is unethical
Judges, Magistrates are not applying the law ethically. I know this because I have been in the court for the past two years and have experienced this. The courts are mother oriented. Judges and Magistrates are choosing to ignore the law and evidence and in doing so give the mother what she wants regardless of her lying and abuse of her own children. This behaviour by our Judges serves to reinforce lying in our courts.

Power Balance in Child Protection Petition
For a separate body to have the ability to call and fund a panel of experts to decide on the intervention and needs for protection orders, rather than one case worker who the Government allow free reign and abuse of power.
The panel should consist of professionals already involved in the family lives. Such as police, teachers, doctors, nurses and child liaison who directly represent the child not some lawyer who sees them once and makes their mind up based on lies by Docs worker who may have a negative opinion of the family already.

Australia has Seven states and each state has different laws to the same law.
Transport laws: The minimum age for obtaining a learner license is 16 years old in Queensland.
The driving age differs between 16.5 in South Australia and 18 in Victoria.
Australian states give adult status to children. Huh???
Sex Laws: The legal age is 16, apart from Tasmania and South Australia its 17 in those states.
But across the board to child safety you have to be 18. Here is a Minor government body, over riding the state laws. Or is that a Entrapment of Government ?.
