Thats why now the X hates me and to why she did what she did to End this relationship.Due to DOCS doing their abuse to her and her children,she herself was molested/abused as well as her 3 eldest,the youngest(thx god) hasnt been damaged until DOCS.This Whole family accepted me for me,her children had no issues with me,I made sure they all know of my past,and spoke honestly and openly to them all.Even the youngest started to say I am her step dad(bloody felt good that did) to all her friends. When I 1st found out in 2003,that I am a kid frker, I requested a interview with DOCS and was told to get out of the building or i be charger with trespassing.
In 2005 when they stole my son and told my X to leave me, She didnt. we stayed in secret for nine months,Part time everything,man,BF,father. She fell pregnant and I, Yes, Me, I,rang up DOCS and requested a half way point to be a lab rat, so I could keep my family.by 14th feb 06,I am dumped and never to see again. Sep 06 is the other X,when 2 months gone, we/I/us try to request that half way point yet again for me to be that lab rat,So that I could keep this family,No concerns what so ever from DOCS. I goto Nelson-carr,cant get past the front desk and I am suppose to have One meeting with my local Polly,I goto Lindsey MP and he quotes to me, leave this city and dont have kids. when The X is about 7 months gone, we then get a visit from DOCS with concerns. The X said my only concerns is how you are going to rip this family apart and we closed the door on them, 2-3 weeks later we get a cop raid, and 1 cop asked the X, of how/why/when we meet, another cop then tells me to leave the city. the x is so scared and we plan to have the baby elsewhere and she goes to toowoomba where her parents are and I was to come at a later date before the baby was to born. I did this and on the 29th of Aug 07 my son Zachary Nicholos is born at 1:06am and by 1:30am I am surrounded by five cops and forced and march out and never to see my son ever again, two days later I had to leave and that was the very last time I ever ever saw my woman ever again.)

What help are you after?

(Other then Christ to come, Justice, Revenge, Accountability, Punishment, For a sorry and a hardy handshake will never ever ever cut it.Thats what the offered me that night when 2 cops attacked me the night when my 7 week old baby dies and I take him to the hospital to try and save him, I get Attacked and to this day,I dont even know Why. C3-c4-c5 is rooted, my left side shoulder is frked,my left side back in pain. in 2004 I had 3 men come to my home and place my head into a cement pillar and then place a steal tubing across my back breaking 3 of my ribs and with each hit calling me a kid frker with each hit my only words are, No, I am Not. they get six months and I still get threatened with knife and the cops do nothing, he try's to run me over and I report it, cops do nothing, I was suppose to get a compo, the government took it and said I owed the state.
from 04 to 07, I have had death threats,people trying to run me over, people coming to my home to set fire to it, and the Law do nothing.
I live now in my home as a prisoner and bury myself on this net and scream out.
What price value can any one place on me not seeing the 1st of anything, not to hear the 1st words, 1st b'day,1st everything,and the last 8 yrs of their lies of me, Is accountable.

Maybe a bigger question is what help did you expect to get?

I would say I would be next to uselss as far as help goes - had my own battle recently when I saw the department damage a small child and have written to MP's, DoCS bosses, Ombudsman, Court, blah blah blah.. got nothing back and really that's about what I expected.
( these government bodies are only puppets and retards, And you people reading this voted them in.)

Now I have to keep a cool head as the children still in my care need protecting as well. I also don't want to stop fostering or be stopped fostering.

I read all the above comments with interest.
Firstly I would like to point out that by you complaining about the actions of DChS they will then turn the tables on you. Truely, others complain this happens. Docs will get nasty with you even though you have a right to be a voice for those children and you have a right to make complaints as you have. But in reality docs don't like it and will make you pay for it.
Secondly about the conspiracy thing. Well to my way of thinking it would seem these CSO's and their team leaders are given an awful lot of power whereby they don't have to be accountable or ethical or even professional. I would say that the conspiracy stuff by docs would be contained in each little cirle - i.e. team leader with newish CSO. But once the notification paperwork is sent onto another state as in Mr Snipers case the next state of docs workers act extremely cautiously, even to the point of being paranoid about this person. So what do they do? They then add to the already falsified allegations. So it in turn becomes another little conspiracy.
Now that movie "Bug" is about communicated maddness. Folier deur - can't spell the exact psychiatric term for this illness but it is in the DSM IV somewhere, surely.
I would say that docs are paranoid and they suffer from communicated maddness not the chaps who are writing their stories on here.
I have been told that docs are paranoid by Centrecare counsellors. I see this parania in their (docs) way of dealing with my clients in the welfare sector - those who unfortunately have docs in their lives.
And I have it on tape by a team leader who clearly tells me that we (Docs and the parents) are on opposing sides - so I can deduct that it is not about the child's best interests but rather a legal game which docs are hell bent on wining. So enter the lies and confabulations or pergury or what ever you wish to call it. Docs have lots of money to throw at these cases and therefore can write all sorts of things to paint a terrible picture of the parent to the magistrate. It is what docs do best, they are very skilled at lying to win. Docs already have the trump card by knowing the rules of the game and having had lots of previous experience as dismantling families. The little parent doesn't have a chance.
Docs could take any child off any parent and somehow twist their information to make it sound like the child is at enormous risk if he/she stays in that home environment.
So good on you Jewely for doing what you do. Good on you for having strong personal ethics and values. I hope you are rewarded somehow for your work.

And I must admit I think you are a kiwi? I have noticed many New Zealanders coming to Oz and working for docs. They are the ones supervising the children during the supervised access visits, etc. Just my observations.
