Please start to realise that the Department of Child Safety is an actual breeding ground for government consented child abuse.
The decision to remove a child can rest on a CSO (Child Safety Officer) who is usally pretty much of university and makes the judgement themselves to remove a child. They can make a notification upon a brief interview with the parent without even sighting the child or having a complaint put forward against that parent. (I phoned them and they came around to my home to talk to me.)
They can remove a child deemed 'at risk' and then confabulate all sorts of things to justify their claims.
My child was removed from his home 'cause he was a child 'at risk' and then received physical abuse whilst in foster care. He came home eventually quite traumatised. I saw him sexually acting out on various occassions. I did mention this to the DOCS worker and there was no further outcome.
DOCS actions and decisions lead to my child being abused in various ways, yet he did not come from an abusive home in the first place.
Work that one out?
It cost me $20,000 in legal fees to get him home. DOCS are interested in taking children out of their homes (snatch and grab) and then go to great lengths to persecute the family. They are not interested in then learning the truth, it all must go to court. They seem to throw bucket loads to money behind their accusations against the family.
It is a weird, draconian type set up. It enables CSO to be corrupt and meet their own sick agendas.
It is not about child safety but rather a game of government body against the little man.
I'm a Registered Nurse and I know that if I acted like this I would be struck off the register. There seems to be no accountability for DOCS.
You will hear more from me in the near future. I am pursuing my records through FOI.
Remember - document everything, tape them on the phone, take a witness, get a good solicitor, obtain your records through FOI, keep your records off your premises and gather your allies.
This is the next generation of stolen children. People of Queensland please hear me!

DOCS have to be brought to account.
Reading these posts is like looking in the mirror.
A class action is the most effective way to go.
Section 9 of there own ACT states "It is immaterial how the harm is done" and Section 197 makes them accountable.
The class action is cheap when done in numbers.
We need to group up and fight as one. I myself will never give up the fight !
Between your post and mine we have nearly spent $40,000 already whilst The Department of Complete Stupidity continue to draw fat salaries and perform on the level of The village idiot unopposed.

More sure if you get you case file via the F.O.I you also get your Lawyer to get a subpoena to get a exact copy of your files via F.O.I. (Get your copy first).
I bet your version will be heavily edited, but the subpoenaed versions should be in full. (you hope).
You are 100% correct about the Department of Child Safety case workers they are the most vindictive people I have ever had to deal with.
Do not trust them, read all the info on this site that teaches you the things you do and don't do when dealing with this out of control endless pit of money and corruption and boy "O" boy don't they know the average Tom Dick and Harry hasn't got the money to get a decent Lawyer and they sweat on this.
As for Legal Aid, well what can I say, just forget them most of the times.
I am sorry to say if you don't have the money you're a goner.

ITS NOT JUST DOCS, ITS ALL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS. WHAT I MEAN IS: EDUCATION DEPT. CONSPIRES WITH DOCS. THIS IS FACT AND IS ONE WAY THAT DOCS GETS CHILDREN. THEY PICK THEIR FAMILIES VERY CAREFULLY. THEY LOOK FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES USUALLY. DON'T GET ME WRONG THIS IS NOT TO SAY THAT THEY DON'T PICK ON MIDDLE CLASS AND HIGHER-UP FAMILIES. BUT GENERALLY ITS THE ONES WITH NOT MUCH MONEY (MIDDLE AND LOW INCOME) AND ESPECIALLY LARGE FAMILIES, FAMILIES WITH TWINS OR TRIPLETS- YES THIS HAPPENS A LOT. OUT OF THE THREE SCHOOLS THAT MY KIDS HAVE BEEN AT SINCE STARTING THEIR SCHOOLING LIVES, NEARLY 4 YRS AGO- APPROXIMATELY 7 OUT OF EVERY 10 CHILDREN HAVE HAD INVOLVEMENT WITH DOCS. THIS IS FACT NOT FICTION. IT COULD BE HIGHER. ALSO AT OUR LOCAL MOTHERS GROUP- 12 OUT OF THE 15 MOTHERS THERE HAVE HAD INVOLVEMENT OF SOME SORT WITH DOCS AND 9 OF THOSE HAVE HAD THEIR CHILDREN REMOVED FROM THEIR CARE FROM PERIODS RANGING FROM 3 WEEKS TO 5 YEARS. MOST OF THESE CHILDREN THAT WERE TAKEN WERE UNDER THE AGE OF 10 AS OVER THAT THE CHILDREN CAN EASILY FIGURE OUT WHERE THEY ARE, RUNAWAY AND PHONE HOME.
IN ONE CLASS AT A PARTICULAR SCHOOL IN (identifying info removed. Ed), QLD- 17 OF THE 25 STUDENTS HAD HAD INVOLVEMENT WITH DOCS.
R....(identifying info removed. Ed) PARENTS ARE CONSTANTLY HAVING THEIR CHILDREN TAKEN, THIS PARTICULAR PLACE IS CONSIDERED TO BE ONE OF THE WORST AFFECTED IN BRISBANE.
ONE PARTICULAR PLACE IN L... (identifying info removed. Ed), QLD HAS RECENTLY OPENED UP ANOTHER DOCS DEPARTMENT JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM THEIR OTHER DEPARTMENT. AND I MEAN JUST AROUND THE CORNER. HAVE A LOOK ON GOOGLE MAPS.

APARENTLY THE QLD GOVERNMENT HAS MORE FUNDING NOW TO OPEN MORE "BADLY NEEDED" DEPARTMENTS

schools in w... (identifying info removed. Ed) are bad, very bad and conspire with docs all the time. my advice avoid schools that have w... (identifying info removed. Ed) in the heading of their school name. eg. W... N... (identifying info removed. Ed) State School, where guidance officers tell peoples child that they parents are bad parents.
-HOWEVER IN THE FAMILY COURT OF AUSTRALIA- all states bar Western Australia (who have their own)
you are told as a parent that you must not bag the other parent of your child (family law matters) However docs, school teachers, guidance officers at schools seems to be exempt from this rule. I mean isn't it more or less the same thing?
I know this child that it happened to and I personally spoke to her and she said to me in front of a good ten witnesses, " Miss xxx (identifying info removed. Ed) told me that my parents are bad parents." this child is one grade older than my eldest child whom i removed from this school the year before after xxxx/docs (identifying info removed. Ed) bullshit. I don't care what anyone else says about exposing this school, because the day that I found about this, I was ready to enter the school property and go the bitch and the child in question is not even mine nor am I genuinely violent. I think by now xxxx (identifying info removed. Ed) knows who I am if they have had any access to this web site. I may have moved but i haven't given up. revenge will be sought, legally, maybe not for what you did to me but definately what you've done and continue to do to others. finally, W... My sincere apologies Webmaster, I guess I was just trying to give the QLD Government and their departments a taste of their own medicine for once, seeing they appear to be putting all of us Qld Parents through Kangaroo Court themselves. As for any future exposure of the above School,docs depts etc I'm starting up my own website. HAHAHA LOL......Once again sincere apologies Webmaster.
