How can lying deceiving uncaring unfeeling untruthful unrelentless biased childless no experience with children, read out of a book what is best for children be responsible for the lives of our precious children and their family who love the children and be responsible for where the children live, who with, how many visits the parent can have until the children are 18! Is placing the children with strangers in the best interests of the children? Is covering up what the children suffer at these placements good for the best interests of the children?
I don't think so!

So many children have had thier Identities abolished by DoCs, DoCs think its just fine to hide the real identity , background and culture of children in OOHC.

They have stolen our childrens identity and we thier family will not rest until it has been fully restored.

Lawyer has been retained Court case Section 90 to commence in next few months.

I have spoken with Pru Gowards office who have confirmed that she will come and talk to us and - so all of you who have any issues, please come along on Wednesday 24th Feb - it's your chance to be heard!!!

I was always honest with the department of child safety. It feels so strange to say it but, that is where I went wrong. I wanted my boy to grow up being honest, not a liar or a thief. Four things my dad drummed into me when I was very young until I was a teen. Don't ever be a liar or a thief, don't smoke cigarettes and don't ride a motorcycle. I ride motorbikes....It is fairly easy to go through life not stealing, but not lying is so hard. Luke's mother lied. She told them she was not on drugs.

This is my idea which will tie in with my march to brisbane. A rock against DoCS at each demonstration, starting with one that I am hoping to have in the Cairns City Mall which is about 5 metres away from the department of child safety office in Cairns. Of course the first attempt will not be the best, but with protests planned for Cairns, Townsville, Brisbane and Sydney things can only get better. The more input and envolvement will mean more ideas and results.

For a separate body to have the ability to call and fund a panel of experts to decide on the intervention and needs for protection orders, rather than one case worker who the Government allow free reign and abuse of power.

The panel should consist of professionals already involved in the family lives. Such as police, teachers, doctors, nurses and child liaison who directly represent the child not some lawyer who sees them once and makes their mind up based on lies by Docs worker who may have a negative opinion of the family already.

STOP ABUSE OF POWER IN CHILD SERVICES!

They took my son from me, labelled me a bad father and then treated him like shit. I will not sweep the death of my son under the carpet. There is no one to turn to. I will perform a concert on the piano from the back of my ute at the end of each day. Please come and pledge your support of walk with me. What else can you do? I am leaving my son's grave on father's day.

People say I should get over Luke's death, move on. Move onto what? My life started when Luke was born, so did the abuse of Lukes by his mom, that actually started while he was still in her stomach. I havn't said much about this at all as I know Luke loved his mother, she only hurt him to get at me, she knew how much I loved Luke. You could not hurt me more than by hurting Luke, and that is exactly what the department of child safety did continuously, to the point of causing his death.
