Another Decent Family Fucked Over by DOCs and the Courts of Child Trafficking at Tamworth Today.
Another family destroyed by DOCs. Things should have been fixed today in Tamworth court yet the judge sided with DOGs as usual and fucked a good person over. Whenis the fact that Australia signed to be part of the International Covenant of Human Rights going to be recognised for what it is? When are the people in Child protection, including the lawyers and magistrates going to see that THEY have to abide by our human rights conventions otherwise we are no different to any third world country.

The only trouble with this idea is that many who are trampled on by these people are blackmailed into submission by the threat of making an unbearable situation worse.

What changes need to be made to the child safety departments in Australia
Here is the latest press release/blog/mailout I have been working on. The Luke's Army mailing list is only a couple of thousand people, but amongst them are politicians, the media, DoCS workers, families mistreated by DoCS and many concerned citizens.
After the last mailout I received only three requests to be removed from the mailing list which is a very encouraging sign.
Here is the first draft. I am hoping to achieve at least some small improvement to the system. If not, then at least the problem is being exposed. My son Luke did not die for nothing, and I have to feel like I am at least trying to do something for him.

Child Safety: Problems and Solutions
1. Bureaucracy
Child protection departments are run separately in each of the eight states of Australia. This protects the federal government from accepting any responsibility for the corruption and malpractice which is pervading the departments of child safety in every state.
Parents should only get the same amount of government assistance when they can provide the same care as Foster Carers
Well it appears that Stephanie Eyes from Junee near Wagga has 4 young foster kids in her care that are raised with dogs in the home. She has some major issues with alecomm and the fact that we advocate for parents and foster carers to receive the same government benefits and stop discrimination has really hit a chord with her.
Stephanie seems to think that when parents are able to give the same care as foster parents (laughing my fucking arse off here) that then they should be able to receive the same wage as foster carers. OMG.

1) How many $$$$$$ Millions were paid to DoCs Lawyers in the last year to keep children in care of the State?.
2) How many $$$$$$$ Millions were paid to drug company's for their evil drugs in order to control children who want to go home and miss their families and siblings ? .
3)How many State Wards who have lost their lives in the last year had their organs removed and donated ? .
4) How many sibling groups were divided up into different carers and agencies in the last year.

The ACWA conference is underway as of TODAY.
All of them no doubt attending to see how many $$$$$$$ million dollars they can suck out of the misery of children and their families.
The list of board members is intriguing to say the least ! Good old Catholic Care holds a seat on the board.....that says it all.

Junkies and alcoholics
I get really sad when I see parents who refuse to get off the booze/drugs/dope for the sake of their children. Such selfishness is unparalleled and ultimately leads to the death of many innocent young children. I wish to God that drug rehab was made mandatory, but then, some parents just don't want their kids, plain and simple. DOCS is then an easy scapegoat when they can't bear to take a good look at themselves in the mirror. I'm sure all the readers here, who care so much about children, will agree.
DoCS ....With Friends Like Labour NSW Who Needs Enemies.
The huge amount of parents that involve hundreds of children who have contacted Minister Linda Burney directly, complaining of the her case-workers and their Managers abusive powers, lies and false risk of harm reporting has become a never ending BUCK PASSING operation.
Linda Burney refuses to address these parents and passes all complaints to Annette Gallard who in turn refers all the parents back to the very same case-workers /managers who the complaints have been made against AS IN TELL SOMEONE THAT CARES.
This is the appalling attitude of BURNEY"S DPT

The horrendous abuses of State Wards and children in the care of DoCs across NSW is causing many of the volunteer staff such great grief in the realisation of how many past State Wards are now losing thier children to the same Government Dpt that they were abused , raped, and neglected in.
Their Children are now being managed by the same NGO's as they themselves were abused by.
In some cases there are three generations affected by the GENERATIONAL ABUSES of this system.
