After an excahnge of emails and phone calls, I received a TRANSFER NOTIFICATION letter stating that the Spanish Lottery Board had given them instructions and authorisation to effect the transfer of 546,924,56 euros to my account. This required me to make a payment of 750euros or £600 by Western Union to cover the cost of fund transfer and outstanding insurance balance.
"We cannot deduct these charges from the fund due for the transfer because of the comprehensive insurance policy bond on this lottery award money. On the receipt of this payment, your money will be transferred to your acount within two(2) bank working days.
