Ya, Im back,by popular demand
1st up, to the webmaster. I had NO intentions what so ever to ever return to this forum,for all I see is retarded hypocrites that are so self righteous, Like Graham is.
But after reading a few post and the requests to the Webmaster to have myself re-instated "WM" In response to several requests from other users I have turned access to your account back on.".
I didnt think anyone on here gave two Iota's of my life and how it was murdered.

I find that hard to believe, for I see nothing, I feel nothing and I obtain Nothing.
A reporter (matt) gave me false hope,told me he would do a story of the issues I am dealing with, Only to leave me in the coffin.
I then went to P4P and read a post that had a link to complain about DOCs, I email them and 2 weeks ago, I obtain a ph call, this DOCs worker,played it like she was with the gestapo. I hang up on her and stated Im not here to play your retarded games. Then 2 days ago, she rings me again and this time states she is responding to my email and then Stated she is here to help me get to the bottom of all this.
But!!!!:) as soon as I mention my name,her whole attitude changes and she couldnt wait long enough to start playing that almighty buck passing, I then rang my Councillor and said to him, have a listen to this( as I recorded what that retarded Docs worker was saying to me) my Councillor did a back flip and couldnt believe to what he was hearing. I said to him, Now, Now do you believe in what I have been stating all this time.?. You heard it, he didnt know what else to say to me.
As for myself re-writing a essay on all these events of the past 8 years, How about DOCs (the gutless wonders) take me to a court room and then I tell my story or a very long shot,the media conduct this events of murder and stealing of life and report to the whole of Australia my story of abuse and corruption from Docs.
Until Docs are placed yet again under the spot light, They will continue to murder and to steal and Break the laws they say they serve.

Another DOCS victim
I like the name. It got my attention. Yep, the liars. They have 4 of my children. All of them have suffered abuse in care. Physical, emotional, sexual. My daughter (aged 5) is apparantly too young to be interviewed about an allegated molestation. How did I hear about it considering I have only seen her twice in two and a half years? IN THEIR F"N AFFIDAVIT!!!The psychologist John Trendinnick had an interesting explanation to say the least. He said, 'it's the same as if you were to speed down the freeway at 180km an hour without any photoraphic evidence to say that you had done so. WE WERE NOT THERE AND WE CANNOT PROVE ANYTHING'. She is my youngest and is in a placement with her brother, my second youngest. They are with new carers (the accused is still a DOCS carer). Now it gets interesting, because they have been in the same placement for a year, DOCS WILL NOT CONSIDER RESTORATION!! They don't care how progressive my life is. Corruption at it's best.
I became involved with them when I called for help after my ex husband tried to kill me. DV and yet, I am no longer in DV! Where does one go with this Information ?. when the State Ombudsman and the CMC and the media, Refuses to accept these documents ?. To Investigate these claims of Corruption ?.
Only in Jan this year in Cairns, A 2 yr old infant dies of head injuries, while in the care of the department of child safety.

I am saying in lay terms 'if' a DOCS case worker took it upon himself/ herself to declare you a risk and a paedophile -only on the basis you made a mistake earlier in life ,and went to prison for it that would be a cause of action to take to the federal court.
If only you understood the oportunity in your matter as a test case for thousand of others as well as yourself tochange this law.
It would be an interesting case from a lawyers point of view given the fact that emember under state Goverment act that case worker would have been seen to have done nothing wrong.

A phycologist is NOT recognized by a federal court judge as evidence without being attacked to a lego medical report.
Even then only if it can be shown that for some reason he/she can add something to the lego medical report because they spent a great deal of time with a person.

So you need to get a job and raise about three thousand dollars to get a Qcs opinion ( not about you- or our casde but the ACT of state government using unqualified people to write resports.

Try to write to the shadow Minister and keep writing.

(You understand wrongly. 2003 was the 1st time I learn I am a kid Frker,Quoted from DOCS.and the woman I was with was removed along with her kids. 2004 is the partner(1 child) that was ordered to leave the Family and the relationship, But,her and I stayed in secret(9months of a part time family) to continue the family, twas when she fell pregnant that she gave me a choice, to fight Docs or to leave and build our family else where,I choose to fight Docs,hence I rang them up and requested a half way point to be conducted as a lab rat to Docs.I and I alone inform Docs that I was still in a relationship and still in a family and that there was another child on the way. DOCS came and murdered and on the 14th of feb 2006 the family and love is no more.
By mid july I started another relationship and per warn this partner to all of it of the last partner. By Xmas of 2006 she is pregnant,from the moment we learn of the new life, I/her and we together contacted Docs to have that half way point and again I offer myself to be a lab rat. Again Docs refuses and when she was about 7 month,we then get a visit from Docs with their fake concerns, the partner basically slammed the door in their face and stated,My only concerns is to how you are going to rip this family apart.3 weeks later we then get a visit from cops,stating a Drug raid, twas no Raid, but to gather information for Docs, as these cops asked questions of the partner to the hows and whys and when her and I meet.another cops then tells me to leave the city.
The partner is now in fear and we plan to protect the baby, She stated she will go down to toowoomba to have the baby and I was to come down at a later date near the birth of our child. I was there 10 days before he was born.
My son is born at 1:06am on the 29th of Aug 2007 by 1:30 am I am surrounded by 5 cops as they remove the new bore and marched me out, never to see my baby ever again.
The partner never got to touch him nor to breast feed him,she didnt get to touch him till I left toowoomba, as I left she rings me, and heard words to this day still burn in my head. ""Please baby, Please prove who you are"" I have been trying, Oh!!! god how I have tried, I wanted her back so much, I wanted our family. Now totally Dead thanks to Docs.
At the end of 2007, I met a female on the net in another state,she responded to one of my posts on a forum, and a net relationship began. I told her everything, All of it, I met her kids by way of net, as I made sure she told her kids all about me and the Issues I am in with DOCs.

She leaves and I thought the end of that,Nay!!!!, she informs me of her feelings towards me, I push her away, Due to her having kids, she still comes,I still push. But, I am Alone, all alone, and each time she asks me to come down, finale works and I go down. together we fight DOCS, while in SA, I volunteered and undertook a polygraph test. I am Deem I spoke the truth. for 6 months a family is, All happy, all good, Till one day, I started to obtain pain in my left side of my chest and I goto the hospital to be check,thinking my heart is about to attack.
The pain is due to stress of the last few years of abuse from Docs. I am then refer to a mental heath unit, twas there it begins, from their my words are twisted, from my morning visit, to that night at 8:30pm, Docs and cops come to remove me or the children, The partner at no time uttered that she wanted me to leave, DOCs and cops dont even question me to why they are there and then Charged me for trespassing and marched me out of the family home to the watch house, still no questions are asked of me to why they invaded to take me away. I get bail and head back to the home,as I had no where else to go,She was all I knew in a new state.
we then goto Toowoomba in Aug 2008 for a court date over my son, it is there I am Approached by 7 cops and told that I am terrorist that wants to take hostages,that They received reliable information from SA that thats what I was going to do, The partner and I and The child was taking to the cop shop, to be stripped search and questioned. It was when I was in court for my son, that a $#$%@$@# docs worker gets up and states to the Judge,That she is the one that informed the cops of myself taking hostages, that was the 14th of Aug 2008, I am now updated from a kid frker/abuser to a terrorist.
DOCS knew I was in a relationship that had children, yet Docs did nothing to rip that away.But let the SA office do all the dirty work.
We return and I am again arrested for being with her. for 4 months we live in a part time relationship,till I returned to my state and city and on the 24th of the 12 of 2008, over the net,she dumps me.

Incorrect, he told me he had the backing from people above to conduct this type of story, he is not a Journo from any major media, this story was his test subject to obtain grades.

It is highly unusual for a forum to be issued with a court order to be made to give the Ids of posters.
After saying that you know as well as I do that is very likely in this case.

I think you were a victim, I think you were abandoned, I could see a lot of hurt and a lot of anger amongst you being very lost and extrememly lonely. None of this suppressed your anger or at times your interesting sense of humour and wish for a life less complicated and filled with more joy.

I lost weight, due to this stinking stress.When in a relationship I gain,takes a few months, but weight I gain.I cook for the family,hence I eat more, am happy,now its just me and my cat,my cat eats more then I do.Now Im lucky to have a meal every 3-4 days,when before, I had 3-4 meals per day, plus snacks.Motivation is at a very low, I rather just sit here in front of my computer and be safe.I hate going out side, I hate going to shopping centers, I hate society.I hate looking at new born's and to hear their cry's, I hate looking at couples,being a family. It eats at me,day in and day out. 2-3 yrs and I havnt laid one eye on my 2 kids. I havnt held them,I havnt hugged them, I havnt had any hopes to wash away this nightmare. I dont get any particular pleasure from seeing somebody we KNOW has little idea of what he/she can say legally.
