I don't know if anything will come of polls completed and sent on to members of parliament, but i guess it won't hurt and the more that submit votes etc I assume the better. activeopinion.org is a new site which allows you to not only vote on current polls but allows you to submit your own free and feedback (if any) from members of parliament available for viewing.
