I hate This department ( Australia Wide) they are very Manipulating, cruel ,uncaring ,un empathetic Workers with who appear to have Vendetta's against anyone who dare’s stand up for the TRUTH !!
& who ACTUALLY care For kid’s more than they could even Comprehend !!

I have just read about the Sydney Protest I am In South Australia I would love to see a protest happen here Also, My 7 Kid's were taken from me on the 10th of October I was told at that time It was just so I could have a rest I have had previous Involvements with Families SA They were Called FACS ( Family & Community Services) FAYS (Families & Youth Services) back when i had involvement with them My First at 19 y.o in 1994 & 2nd around 1997 BOTH times My Children were Not at risk from me EVER, 1st time i went to them for help and the 2nd was because of A Violent relationship of which I got my Then husband to move out while he worked on his issues and was more than prepared to completely sever all ties if he was not prepared to change his ways , I had called the police on Him For threatening to hurt my Son who was only a tiny 6 weeks old I CALLED THE POLICE yet was accused of MINIMISING the seriousness of What he attempted to do NEVER EVER ONCE DID I MINIMISE all the same as with the first contact they twisted my words & manipulated the situation , I am ALL too aware of how they Operate YET I STILL FELL FOR IT ON THE 10th Of Oct ,I HAVE BEEN KICKING MYSELF SINCE, The Mandatory report came From my Family day care Lady she quite happily came over to let me know right before they showed up on Saturday Morning the 10th of October , My Ex (Not The one from the violent relationship My 2nd Husband) was at the house as when they got back from Care he had planned to take my Children out to the Movies etc I had just found out the day before i may have breast cancer I am Only 34.
I will try to be concise but I am not great at putting things into written word so I am sorry if it is too long But it is My story & that of My sad unhappy distressed children
I was in the process of getting new day care person as my Kids were not happy there she was very Controlling and also had Hot my 12 y.o son at the time she told me it was because he nearly hurt his baby sister as they were travelling in the car he had resisted going to her house she forced him in the car I was forced to put the kid's into Family daycare Years ago by this department. Once my kid's new they would be changing Carers ’ They Told me what had really happened on the day She hit my 12 y.o son & to think of it makes me very sick Among many other disturbing things she had been saying & doing to the kid's.

The Initial Report was in regards to an Heartbreaking Situation between my Children , I has JUST become aware of this and had already taken all the right caring steps to correct it and removed One of My Children From Home and Put them with My Mum For now I had been aware Approx 9 days the very 1st day I became Aware I had Got My Ex To come and Give me a hand to keep an eye on things he was also very upset at the news , When they ( Families SA ) arrived on The Saturday My Ex burst into my room Hysterically telling me who was there and what they wanted I threw on a Gown And Preceded down my hallway when I saw the Workers & my Family daycare lady and her Husband DOING MY DISHES what the hec I was furious, My Ex should NOT have let any one in my Home without my Permission he realizes the error of his way's now , anyway at this point I was still half asleep I shouted to them to get out of my house NOW I was not pleasant AT ALL, OF COURSE the workers came back with the police My Daycare Lady Had Taken my Kids at this point "for a Drive" I did not even know my Kids were there they were not in sight

With The situation that was happening at home I researched on the Internet like crazy & with all I have learnt I had done all the right things and very swiftly I might add

AND so the twisting and manipulation begins The workers told me about the Report I told them I was aware & that the child in question was Staying with My Mother as of 2 day's prior to them coming as I was Exhausted some nights during that 9 day's I was staying awake all Night which is why my Ex was there and why I then told my mum & she agreed to have the child, I told them all of this My ex My 17 Year old Daughter she makes number 8 I have 8 children she can't be touched by them & my dad were all present when The Afterhours worker that was there said why don’t you let the family daycare lady have them Just Until Monday so you can get some much needed rest I was sooooooo emotional it was terribly heartbreaking and having the news I had just had the day before my JUDGEMENT WAS VERY FOOLISH

Well the family daycare lady decided to take the focus of herself, as she knew she had done Very wrong by my kid's.
she did something similar in the past with The family daycare head office when I told her via sms that we would need to have a chat at the family day care office ( I felt this was best as she would not be able to deny or try and tone down the fact that as the kid’s parent she needs to respect my wishes also) about some issues the kids had bought to my attention they were not great things nor detrimental, I felt the issues that could be sorted with some mature adult conversation I told her the kids would not be coming to her until it was sorted she panicked and told them all sorts to cover herself as I now see after about 8 weeks she apologized for not listening to my concerns as a parent turns out all she as "concerned " about was the lack of money she was no longer making and she always told me how EASY my kid's were to look after compared to all the other children she has had.
Back to her reporting even more utter crap She decided she would throw in some very ill sickening lies such as my House is a pig sty not fit for children to be in and that I have mice LIVING in My Fridge , my kids have NO bed's ( never mind the fact that the after hours workers had seen with their own eyes these things were not true )amongst other things I have now found out in the last week she must of said about me personally which also are not true I will HOLD THIS women Accountable one day someway She will be held responsible for what she has done there is a lot at this point about her I have chosen not to include. all she is worried about is the possibility of losing her Job and I can tell you beyond ANY shadow of doubt this woman would NOT have made the Mandatory report Had she not Be moving far away where she has already got other families children she will be taking care of when she moves I know that if she STILL needed MY KID'S To make her Money she would not have made that report sad but true she would have come to me but that same week she sold her house & would be moving to the one she had already bought months ago

Enough about her I just want My Beautiful Children back they are all so distressed and confused they feel as though they are being punished for speaking up my 9 y.o daughter especially as she is the one that “told” she keep saying it is her fault I keep reassuring her that it is not her fault at all
It is all so Cruel and if they TRULY care about Children the way they say they do Then WHY have they done NOTHING not one thing toward getting them The Counseling they need The offending Child as I have read in my Research need’s just as much compassion and counseling as the Victims
Just back track for a moment The first visit by the Workers that the case was handed over 2 involved them Calling my mobile as I was not home & this was the 2nd time they had come in that first week to see me & I was NOT HOME The 1 st time they said I was there and would not answer the door to them but I was not home I was out And someone tell me what in the world is the go with that ? why can’t they call and MAKE a Time is that not part of being respectful , When they went to visit my Mum and the child at her house they made a time with her they have been playing games and LYING to me about when the kid’s would be coming home.
So the first visit they call my mobile & I am At my Mum’s I told them where I was & informed them they could come & see me there as I wanted my mum to be present ANYWAY they agreed then a few minutes later they called back & said they HAD TOO SEE ME AT MY HOUSE I said pardon why ? They said because we Need to see the state of your house I said what excuse me this is not about my house my house is fine she said well If you have nothing to hide you will come & see us at your house & you can bring your mum with you .
I was furious I said the workers that were there Just a few day’s ago the Ones that Came MOST unexpectedly would have seen my home and it was fine I said after all wouldn’t that be the best time when a person was caught totally unaware Her Response “Don’t get Smart “ I said I am just stating a fact and it is very true that it is the best time to catch someone when they are caught unaware she said again “ Oh you are just being smaaaart “ don’t get smart I said Fine see you soon it is just a 5 minute drive from my mum’s we came in her car I left my key’s at mum’s My bedroom door was locked so I said to mum goodness they are most likely going to want to see my room as well So of course they did and so I told her that she could look everywhere but my room it is my personal space and mine alone this was around the 14 th of October She looked around & I kid you not My house was almost spotless apart from CLEAN Folded clothes on my Kitchen table My 6 y.o son & 4 y.o son’s bedroom was typical The only thing was that My Delightful 2 y.o daughter & Trust me she is very Delightful and my Gorgeous 4 y.o Old son The day before they were taken had Done a number in the room and it still was Obvious it was clean Just that they Both had Pulled out ALL the many clothes from the Wardrobe onto the floor & you could clearly see that was the case she said where are the beds they were right in her face yet I still had to point them out ? and my 9 and 2 y.o room just had 5 or 6 big bags of clothes on the floor someone had just given me on that Sunday I will often come home and find someone has left clothes furniture etc at my door sometimes it can be very annoying and my Bathroom was spotless only I had left the window open and when the kid’s are not home as they had not been on that Friday day and every day since then I had an aluminum ( the disposable ones) ash tray in there that had blown of the window ledge and when they are not home I smoke sometimes while I have some chill time in their u could also clearly see what had happened oh my did she go off she said to my mum You can’t tell me that bathroom is clean mum and the other worker both looked and mum said yeah it is clean u can see the ashtray has blown down we went back into my kitchen & she sat down & said well the place is pretty bad I said excuse me it is not mum and I both agreed the other worker looked very confused she seemed to be nice as this woman sat down she said we also hear you have mice living in your fridge I was blown away I looked at mum with tears in my eyes and just said MUM Mice ? & the worker that seemed to be nice said to me we get some pretty outrages , ridiculous reports but we have to check them out, so I opened my fridge & I bet it is cleaner than her own fridge from all that she said that day it appears they are even using the fact that I MAY have breast cancer against me amongst other ridiculous things That worker that appeared to be fair and nice called me a few days later to check up on some details and she appeared to be for me in the things that she said including that’s why we want to get the your kid’s home to you soon GUESS WHAT she is all of the Sudden very sick and won’t be Working with the other nasty woman anymore this is what they told my 9, 10 and 11 year old girls when they visited the girls for the 2nd time at their school that she was sick
I was told by that worker This was on about Friday the 19 of October that they would be visiting me on the Monday but could NOT give me a time they have placed this case with an Office that is an Hour and a half away the reason given was that they are the ONLY office that can deal with a Larger family what? I have at least 2 Offices that are 10 to 15 minutes away on either side of my suburb. I waited Home ALL DAY that Monday and I had my 22 year old sister with me NO CALL, NO SHOW she called and left a message on my mobile telling me she had tried to visit me on Monday but I was not there I called her back & got voice mail and told her I was a little confused about the visit Monday as I was home ALL DAY and had not heard a thing from her she tried to bluff her way through that one sine then & the last visit which was on Monday the 2nd of November so between the 19th of October and the 2nd of November NOT ONCE did they Make an appointment to see me But at least 3 times they called in at my house and I was not home they did not call my Mobile They kept coming after 2:30 they left a card in the letter box and I suspect it is because mum had told them that when they were going to come and see her that it would need to be well before 2:30 as she leaves for work then so I think they were trying to “catch me alone “ won’t happen I won’t let it I have someone with me at most times anyway so the week of the 26 th of October during which at the beginning of it they had made one of their Surprise Visits and left yet another card I called her AND SATED VERY CLEARLY That I would make myself AVAILDABLE On the Wednesday , Thursday and the Friday it was the Wednesday I called &left the message however I made it loud and clear that it would be best to ring first before coming just in case I had to go out as I so often have to do So of course she comes that Wednesday afternoon this time it is 3:30 She call’s my Mobile and states Where are you I said I am out with my Daughter he asked me to take her to get her Mobile phone repaired She said I thought you said you would be home I replied THAT This reason was precisely why I said it would be best to call in case I had to go out I said I was not far and could get home very soon she said it was ok they had to get back to the Office anyway I called again on the Thursday as I had heard Nothing I had been trying to get them to organize for my Youngest 2 who were now with my ex’s Mother and father a decision My ex now regrets( will explain If needed) he did think it would only be for a few day’s though his parents are very naive when it comes to this department as was my Ex but his eyes have now been shot open, Anyway both me and my Ex had been trying to get The Case workers to Organize with My In law’s to give The younger 2 to One of My sisters over the weekend so we could spend time with them with the other kids 3 times now we have asked for this and it has not happened How hard can it be
Ok got a little off track again so I called Friday and Spoke to the Supervisor HE said So I guess you are ringing about when we are going to do this visit to your house I said Yes he replied well what are we going to do about getting this mess in your house sorted I said pardon my house is not a mess he said yes it is I said no it is not he said well it was I said no it wasn’t the said how does Monday Sound I said Fine So she comes Monday the 2nd of November with a new worker this was when I first became aware that the one that seemed nice and reasonable was no longer on the case, I had repairmen in my house & My Ex as he wanted to get the kid’s back with me ASAP and voice some concerns he had My youngest sister who is 22 there & her Boyfriend they stay over sometimes and My 2 y.o niece and her Mum I had my Niece overnight as her mum needed to take their puppy to the vet anyway They came in and kind of looked like they were unsure I politely Introduced my ex and she shook his hand very swiftly like he was some god ( He also is a Public Servant With a Commonwealth Department) she had not shaken anyone else’ hand in any of the visits with me or my mum In between time I was so Bewildered and blown away by the Fact that she said the house was messy and unfit for kids nothing could be further from the truth so I figured that because the hallway mostly had some paint that was peeled and scratched off the walls and it did look somewhat untidy but it was only paint I had some there ready as I had planned to paint anyway and I felt this may change her point of reference and perspective Guess what it did as when she walked in through the house before even looking around she said oh you have done “a lot” of work I said NO I HAVE NOT I have simply painted and put the clothes away she looked at me confused and said nothing she didn’t even really notice it was painted & it was very obvious it went from a very very light colour to a quite a dark but nice modern colour so she looked around came back into the kitchen and stated the House if fine BUT YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOURE kids back I was DEVASTATED
My Friend went on to quote some things out of the children’s Protection act & she said to her I am NOT talking to you they are NOT your KIDS you are not the mother I think she was in just as much shock as me I tried to state my case and THE TRUTH AND THE REAL FACTS her response I don’t care what you’ve got to say she said you have to tell that to your lawyer and even though there are no court orders yet if you try and take the kids we will go straight to court and take them under section 16 of the CPA she just left walked out I was crying so hard My Ex then Rang her supervisor about 20 minutes later he was shocked at her lack of respect and professionalism , he said if I had acted like that in my Job I would be Fired on the spot No chance no questions asked . he Handled the call so Amazingly The Man said to him something about that my Ex did not want the kids back in the house with me HE SAID pardon me Sir But I NEVER Once said that to you or To ………. That women anyway that man told my ex IT WAS NEVER ABOUT THE HOUSE and that they have serious DOUBTS ABOUT MY Capabilities as a mother it is all garbage I am telling you , I know I am A healthy , Loving Mum who has the Best Interest OF ALL her children at heart not once during this WHOLE 5 or more weeks have the arranged counseling for My Girls or For the Offending Child I knew the Place That Child needed to go to for help SO I CALLED THEM THE WEEK BEFORE their last visit when she told me they had called them , they said they had to call Families SA Because they are involved to be sure they were not stepping on any ones toes , The worker on that last visit did not look too impressed that I was the one that made the call . I was so distressed about the whole situation they have had more than ample time to arrange the help needed for all my children They take their time even after I express my concern that the Offending child may commit suicide ?????????? As if they care they make me sick they infuriate me, It rock’s me to the very core of who I am.
The lady whom I spoke to at this Counseling Place was very devastated for me she was also in shock that my kid’s had been taken I understand it is not normally the case that they take all the children away in these circumstances I have some Very Concrete things that will support all that I am saying
I just can’t believe they have not gotten any help for my kid’s then turn to accuse me of knowing FOR SUCH A LONG TIME AND NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT when that is exactly what they have done
It has been nearly 6 weeks and all they are concerned with is finding dirt on me
I did not know for a long time & I took immediate action it has been nearly 6 weeks since they took the kid’s oh yes by which they say They did not take them it was NOT an Emergency removal I volunteered the kid’s yeah for 2 days to the daycare lady who ended up having them for over a week
(For which she was hounding me for the last 2 months before all this to sign a form so that enabled her to have my kids for a week So she Could Earn extra money)
despite the fact that I told them My various Family members wanted the kid’s & they refused at first then took forever to listen to my requests that my kids be placed with my family immediately
The day care lady got her week or more & she got paid for it brainwashed my kids twisted their words put words in their mouths My babies had a traumatic experience they were already living with then they are ripped away from the safety and warmth of their mothers love and care And NOW they THINK they are BEING PUNSIHED for Telling the daycare lady My 9 y .o told her husband stuff which they also twisted it did not need to be made worse it was horrible enough on its own . This woman is the Most self seeking ,controlling, presumptuous, woman I have ever met in my life for the week or so my kids were there she tried to change their school also so she could save on petrol Until The department stepped in & told her she was not allowed to do that ONE Thing they got right , I dare say the Affidavit will be Horrendous & full of lies , I can’t wait to speak to My lawyer I only wished I could have the Lawyer I had many years ago but He is now A federal Magistrate Speaking of which I came across an Article On “ADMINISTRATIVE KIDNAPPING CONDEMNED AT LAST” where the Lawyer I had Was quoted it is interesting if you go to The Australian League Of rights the link is below and scroll almost to the bottom of the page until you hit the title Administrative kidnapping Condemned at last

I want my babies back Home where they belong , I am Grateful they are with Family But we all need to be together , & I feel so so sad By a lot of the stories I have read about other people’s Journeys with this cruel Department Australia Wide I want to do all I can To bring about Much Needed Change To this department & the way in which in manipulates the Child protection act etc & I WONT BE GAGGED BY ANYONE OR ANY DEPARTMENT EITHER I won’t shut or back off Just to think about all this children who’s heart’s are broken and dreams shattered it makes me feel ill and so overwhelmingly sad
Through all this My 9 y.o daughter and I were seperated on her 9th Birthday which was on the 13th Of October
They are seriously a pack of idiots do they raelizee wht they have one to my kid's What messgae are they sending " don't reach out for help because if you do we will rip you away from the Ones that love you & where you want to be "
