It is not just happening in NSW, It is nation wide.
Babies are not the only one's being kidnapped, Families are forced to Part on the commands of the personals of Docs.
Fabrication of documents to enhance a kill rate to dis-function the family unit, A normal stable family unit is murdered and the murderers are within the government body.
A child can be murdered and placed in a drain and media will flock to this.
A child is murdered in the care of DOCs and not one media personal is there to cover that, Why ?.
Accountability is required,Justice is well over due.
We the Victims have a story to tell of the un-human acts conducted by the Australian Government.
Australia now has a all new stolen generation, are we to except yet another fake sorry ???.

Let me put it this way, without offending anyone.
If it cost a dollar to travel to the moon, I wouldnt have enough to get me to the conner.
I really do feel so Isolated in my own city, no support,No backing, It has become so frustrating to say the least.
I try so hard to form anything as you guys do down south and all I get is a Big Zero.

Each group has to start some where. I didnt know of any help till we started a group page on facebook then people started contacting us. The word is spreading. Start your own support group on face book for QLD and then Link to all others. We need to get word out there. I wont be gaged I wont let my grandson be punished because I have stood up to the Lieing Barstards. We have to keep fire going dont let the system put the fire out. We are starting to be a raging fire that will only be put out by urgent change.

I have, only to obtain, a No. They dont want to get caught up with it, they Fear Docs way too much.
On another note, I rang the ABC here in Townsville and asked them would they consider doing a follow up on last sunday airing, I waiting on a call back.
I then rang the Child protection unit, they advised me to goto the local cop shop and make a formal compliant, I then rang my lawyer,(wasnt in) to ask him would he come with me when I do.
No, Nanny, I also will not shut up, I will voice out till the day I die.

A thought...
Ok call me crazy. But after all the stories I have been reading over the past few days. There is something really wrong.
DOCS are taking children at an alarming rate. 8.4 per thousand children and that's in NSW.
Docs are making our children become organ donors.
And are being signed up for national service.
Beside the ethical debate that we have had our parental rights stripped and handed over to the government, I just can't help thinking there is a bigger picture here.
I am not into conspiracy theories but it's really been bugging me.
Please someone tell me I am reading more into this than there really is.

Your right, its not "ROCKET SCIENCE" there is a child trafficking racket going on in NSW, and we'll see so much more evidence of this once we start protesting at the Children's Courts right across NSW.
You don't hear of DoCs banging on the doors of the so called middle to upper class, as we know domestic violence affects all classes, hence they target the not so fortunate re: easy prey. They the Government also make sure LEGAL AID is under funded.

i am ashamed to be an aussie. and that shame is growing.
i am glad the older stolen generation got apologies. but why wasn't there some kind of enquiry then? And as for Justice Woods reccomendations, what were they, how much is being implemented and what did he base his findings on. I bet DOCS didn't open all their books. Which is what SHOULD happen.
Each case needs to be looked into separately. And may I add in an UNBIASED way.
I know I am probably asking too much, but something has to happen...

hi, wheelie nanny, we are in qld.my grandson had been left in danger by docs, he is now safe home with us- but we fear they won't concede.
expecting a call from phil reeves-seems it will be a looong wait?
the departments like to pick off people- they do not like groups- only their gangs-
all the best- they can't gag me either- how many more grandparents out there?
apparently NO grandparent has yet been charged with harm to a grandchild-and, I have written evidence of their incredible lies!!

You say no grandparent has ever been charged. NEWS I was charged with asultting my grandson the day he was taken. Police tore him out of my arms. The horrific scream that came from my 5 month grandson I will never forget. I was pepper sprayed, had suspect heart attack stoped breathing so on. While in hospital recieved warrent for arest for asultting my grandson. Found out DoCs worker That wasnt in house had singed affidavit that stated I assulted child. Had to go through court with many onlookers to fight that Lie. Charge was droped when police were questioned over this. But because the charge was droped by police and not dismissed by court it stays on my record even though I didnt do it. DoCs worker not charged for Lieing in Affidavit. Police not charged for allowing a Lie to be in affidavit etc.
DoCs have too much power and they can get away with murder.

Had a nosey, messed up and left same message twice. But good stuff being put there.
What does "going to Canberra" mean? Are you talking about dealing with it at a Fedral level rather than state?
Sniper... we just need to keep at it. Keep saying what we are saying and building awareness that the system is festering and damaging Australians and that we need the public to start taking note.
We are dealing with a system that was in place before Australia came to be.
The CYPS Act was more recent and couldn't really be faulted, it is how it has been changed now from state to state and how new recent changes to it have distorted it.
I want all Foster Children put under federal law with them in control of a standard system run only by the federal govt.
And in cases like yours we have got to have better initial investigations and accountablility. Real proof and supported facts.
Mostly an independant authority with the power to make a difference and advocate on behalf of children and their families.

Hi I listened to the ABC report not enough mention of the Gross Abuse of POWER BY SOME WORKERS, LIES AND MISLEADING STATEMENTS, EXAGGERATING AND ADDING TO REPORTS TO MAKE THEIR CASE SEEM JUSTIFIED.
I met you at protest and wrote your phone number down wrogly. I was talking to Julie tonight re her daughter Emily. Such a tragedy. I am meeting with retired ex Police Inspector who says he can show me how to get these lying workers charged. I am meeting at Bidura Children's Court Friday 19th. March, 2010 10.30. See you there?

I totally agree with you in that nowhere near enough was mentioned on how DoCS goes about its daily business of persecution ,lies and false risk of harm reports, cover ups and also the removal of children into fostercare that can be loved and nurtured by thier maternal families as opposed to being thrown into the system in full.
Which is why i strongly believe in many more protests at the Children's Courts etc etc to gather many more victims stories.In doing that we can only go from stregnth to stregnth and force the politicians ignorance of what is trully happening in child Protection as in privatisation.
I am still in trying to comprehend how DoCS got to make our children compulsory organ donors so easily, this is something else the general public has not been informed of, i find it surreal and quite sickening

I just listened 3 times to this. Somthing that wasnt brought up is the fact that DoCs blantently Lie and twist facts. They place children with carers that Abuse and Neglect the child and do nothing about it when complaints are submitter with evidence. DoCs have Lied in Affidavits and are allowed to get away with it, even after proof has been submitted that these workers have LIED.
It was good that some of the word got out there but more needs to be said about the corrupt practices of DoCs

Their ABC Law Report has had some very interesting things to say about our favorite dept. They claim when they place you under duress to sign one of their wicked documents it really means that unless you sign they will have hells own job to force this through the courts.
Dont sign anything no matter what they threaten you with!

Oh No! I recently signed, after the threats-in the back of the federal court, Brisbane- "a parental intervention," God, what have I done- instinctively I didn't want to- as I am innocent and sober, and no reason to not be caring for the child-
have I signed a death warrant- I knew I should not have---they are so horrible...what will it mean- court battle lasting two years-
child with me- grandparent.please help me understand- no whitewashers please-I've seen too much.

It will run for a full hour with no commercial breaks.
What i have heard on the grapevine is that this investigative report is " EXPLOSIVE " as in Dispicable DoCs.

I'm testing it now, making sure all systems are Go.
Personally I waltzed through 8 years of fostering overseas, the odd hiccup and problem where I wasn't particularly happy with certain outcomes in a few cases.
But here in NSW... yes persecuted, victimised, emtionally destroyed and traumatised.
Mind you, DoCS offered me counselling on several occations. This was after Jennifer Mason thanked me for my support and suggested I take them up on it.
Gosh, why? Why would they think one of their foster parents would bloody need it?

Yes! Clear messages are an absolute must ! We need many more programmes as the one aired this morning.
It was a little disappointing in that , whilst we all know of the babies being carried out of labour wards in the arms of DoCS workers we also know hundreds of children are being carried out of thier homes in pure haste.
Siblings are being carved up into 2.. 3.. and four agencies as in privatised for the good of NGO'S budget plans.

The greedy abusive man who has two of our sibling group is also continually trying to adopt our children and yes the HUGE $$$$ payments continue until 18yrs of age. This moran went as far as telling our children they had disorders to enable him getting CARE+2 payments. Our children do not have the disorders he claims and DoCs have allowed him to mentally abuse our children by telling them such cruel lies.

funny you should mention saying they have disorders. the carers of my son are trying to say he has hearing problems and a speech impediment. I can understand every word. i knew there was some kind of scam behind it. what is my legal standing if they do try and adopt him? I am trying to go for section 90. yet again. the lawyer on that abc program this morning i would advise you to steer clear of unless you want your child under the care of the minister until he is 18 like my bub.

To see where you stand on the section 90 .. Go to the Legal Aid office and ask to see a lawyer for the 20 minutes of information allowed to you.Explain in full your circumstances for a section 90 and sooner or later the lawyer will get back to you on what your chances are of succeeding.
We done this and were told later that day by the lawyer we seen, that we have full standing to take out a section 90 of the act. One little piece of information the lawyer did give us before hearing our story was that the chances of a section 90 being successful are minimal due to the way DoCs would fight it tooth and nail RE: you'll run out of funds long before they do.
Regarding the disorders... you can bet your life it is a scam.

Adoption?
I can't even imagine how hurt and angry I would be at the suggestion.
But of course they'd like the adoption option - if you adopt a foster child you do continue to recieve the same allowance as you would a child in Long Term Care so it's win win for the companies involved.
I'm looking forward to the ABC broadcast tomorrow, anything that keeps the public thinking about the children in care has got to be worthwhile.
Australia has got to wake up.
