Ok, here are the gruesome details.

Yes ! this is in NSW

Back in May 09, at a sibling group visit one of our children told his older sibling sister that he had to go to church with his carer, his sibling sister then asked the carer > are you religious ? to which the carer replied in an arrogant manner > no i'm not, why did he deny it ? you tell me. At the same sibling group visit the same child called this carer by his first name, hence the carer then yelled at our child " WHAT DID YOU CALL ME ! " YOU WILL CALL ME DAD AND DAD ONLY DO YOU UNDERSTAND ! " to which our little boy cowered .

This sounded out ALARM BELLS.

Then at the June sibling group visit, this carer physically and mentally abused our little boy in front of two of his siblings and two maternal family members, hence we phoned CatholicCare =Agency and Docs to demand our two children be removed from the carer immediately. We were then told by the Casework Manager at Docs to ring the complaints line , which i myself done along with the sibling sister , maternal mother and maternal family member that wittnessed the abuse.
Two weeks later much to our shock, horror and dismay we were told by the Casework Manager = The carer done this to our little boy because he was in a hurry to leave the sibling visit ( No doubt to get to church )

I then took it upon myself to investigate the carer further and found that he was a self proffessed Pastor and Prophet and also the owner and director of a home church, calling for people who had, had run ins with main stream churches to come to his home church and he also mentioned 25 deaf people had been miraculously cured by his Daddy (God).

Needless to say i immediately phoned CatholicCare and asked the case manger at CatholicCare are you aware of this carer being a Pastor and owning a home church, her reply was > No ! we have him on our records as a Sales Rep. I then rang the Case worker at Docs and asked the same question and received the same reply = No.

Hence two of our five sibling group remain with this carer Re: Dispicable Docs.

Twice in December 09 this carer mentally and emotionally abused the two children prior to thier sibling contact visits.

This carer was also put in charge of the sibling group visits over a 12month period where he bullied, intimidated and manipulated all five siblings, where he restricted thier freedom of speech and would not allow the children to sit next to each other. Who empowered him to do so ? > Docs & CatholicCare for they were nowhere to be seen.

This carer has also told our little girl , her siblings and maternal mother that she has Aspergers,He has also told our little boy, his siblings and maternal mother that he has Opposite disorder . Do our children have these disorders ? according to the appointed Docs Doctor ... No they do not !

Where are our two children today ? still with this carer, hence a lawyer retained and court proceedings to have our children returned to thier maternal family .

Believe all of the above , for it is the utmost truth.

Preservation of Cultural,linguistic and Religious Backgrounds.

OBJECTIVE.

Where a child from a diverse cultural and/or linguistic background needs to be placed in Out-Of- Home Care, on either a temporary or permanent basis, every effort will be made to maintain their CULTURAL, LINGUISTIC,and RELIGIOUS backgrounds.

Decisions about the placement of children in out-of-home care are based on the best interest of the child. The interests of children from diverse cultural, linguistic,or religious backgrounds are best served by placing them with families of similar backgrounds.

To achieve this objective, DoCs will:

Evaluate current policies and procedures of children from diverse cultural backgrounds in out-of-home care and EXTEND strategies ,which are responsive to to diverse cultural, linguistic and religious needs.

ACTIVELY promote the recruitment of foster carers within ethnic communities.

REVIEW and develop LEGISLATION, which incorporates a cultural placement PRINCIPLE.

There you go !

With respect to the Ethnic Communities

Hence, In other words if our children were Jewish ... Arabic...Muslim...ete etc There would be PRINCIPLES added, ACTIVE promotion to find carers that match their cultural background and the development of LEGISLATION to incorporate a cultural placement PRINCIPLE.... AND ! An EXTENSION OF STRATAGIES to respond to their cultural background.

Which can only mean > > > that our little boy and girl have been seriously DISCRIMINATED.

Because the church that this fruitcake is taking them to is a million miles away from their cultural background.
