I have been informed by Cr Kirsten Lesina, Chair of the Cairns Pedestrian and Cycle Strategy Focus Group, Cairns Regional Council, that councillors have been inundated with anti cycleway emails.

Cr Lesina has requested me to contact cyclists asking you to email her with your support for the Aeroglen to CBD cycleway and any comments you wish to make about the bike route.

Information: http://www.cairns.qld.gov.au/ - go to the bottom of the home page "Get involved with council" and click on "CBD to Aeroglen cycleway".

Cr Lesina will forward your reply to all councillors. Do this please, even if you say only a few words of support.
