As parents who have lost our children,we have already been judged and labelled.
I suggest "compensation" is left out at this stage....if a legal team rake it up,let them use those words....People will think,we just want money...personally,I just want justice!

count me in on the lawsuit. these bastards are trying to destroy me and my family because of someones unproven bs they plan on taking me to court next week to take out long term guardianship orders on my children. now im not going to BS you Ive had a lot of problems with drugs, alcohol and domestic violence over the years but i am clean and sober now and there is no violence in my life so why is it that they insist that people cant/dont change themselves and their lives for the better. they came in on Thursday arvo and ripped my children away then separated them from each other all based on unproven baseless allegations which i can prove are BS. this is the second time they have done this to my family, and yet when they had custody of my now 18 yr old son they put him out on the street with no means to support himself they refused to help him find suitable housing and any other form of support and yet i proved my children with safe stable housing plenty of food all the clothes they need and some yet these assholes come in and rip the kids away. then proceed to tell me that what i am saying in my own defense is not what they have been told and because of my history with them i could not possibly be telling the truth. well bring it on you fuckers cause this little lady is going to beat your ass then lets see how long it takes to make me go away

1ST UP, I can Promise you to 100% I do have a court date with Docs, I had this plan from last year and it is just taking this long to get there, it is only due to lawyers telling me to what I cant do, yet I know I can,if they listened to how I wanted this done, I would of had DOCs in court last year.
It boils down to, "what are you willing to sacrifice ?".
As to telling how I did it, it will never help anyone Unless they are in my Boat.

Where is the court case ?
The Mcmurtrie vidoe is annoying. There is so much echo that you can hardly hear it, and he also talks too fast. Has this Mr. Mcmurtrie ever won a case in court using his so called legal knowledge ? What date and in what court ?
Docsniper and Janisthefree in which court is this civil trial going to be heard ?
I would like to go there and see if I can learn anything and see history being made by watching the tyrants being brought to justice.

Mark McMurtrie has been working with international Barristers for some 25yrs on the stolen children of the Original people...... this man has had high court judges disrobe because of his knowledge re the gov fraud..... if you choose to find fault with his recordings, then you really arent interested in knowing the truth....this man is to be admired and you will soon hear of what the result of his 25yrs of dedication has done for his people. It really is annoying to try and hear this video because Mr. Mcmurtrie talks too fast and the recording quality of all the background noise makes it difficult to listen to. Anyway has this fellow ever actually gone into a court and won back a freedom with his supposed knowledge. If he has demonstrated that he knows what he is talking about by winning in court over anything let me know the date and which court it was in. Anyway Janisthefree, which court and on what date will the hearing take place in relation to the lawsuit against DoCS abuse of power. ? I want to go there and observe the process to see if I can learn something by observing it and get some satisfaction in watching justice against the tyrants.

Boy I really have hit a raw nerve with Janisthefree. If I was a government idiot I would be refering to the case workers as tyrants. I hate the mongrels as much as anyone else and for the same good reasons as other people on this website. The knowledge of civil lawsuit justice is very elusive and expensive to aquire and it is our collective ignorance that is allowing this tyrrany to continue. Knowing what our rights are isnt enough, we have to educate ourselves about civil procedure and law and represent ourselves to win those rights and freedoms. I've been trying to find these probono myths for a while now and they wont take on DoCS, period !
We need seminars and courses on how to represent ourselves in the courts where the gutless lawyers wont tread. Now Janisthefree, once again and I would like to ask you politely, where and when is this civil lawsuit against DoCS going to happen. Where are the citizens winning "hands down" ? I want to be there and I wont talk to any of the parties, I want to quietly sit in the public gallery and see this. I want to sit there politely and observe the bastards get hammered.If you know of any seminars available which will teach me self empowerment in self conducted civil litigation, let us know where these seminars are and I will join.
So please tell us where and when this court case against DoCS will happen.
It is of no consequence if a couple of us turn up to see the proceedings.
If you will not tell us where and when this court case will or is happening, please tell us with good reason why not.

Not quite true.
I have a pending civil action against DHS victoria and my legal team are preparing for a trial in the supreme court ,I presume sometime this year in relation to the death of my son in there care.
I have not ever had the money to be able to pay for the years of work dedicated to this civil action ,but what I can tell you,is that there are law firms that will do it.
I have not heard of many in retrospect and all I know is my action is against DHS victoria and rightly so...
So for all those seeking help ,know they do exsist and there are good legal firms doing just that and that are not afraid to right the wrongs in relation to DHS/DOC's

I would suggest that you go to youtube and listen to any of Mark McMurtrie's videos there.... as we are dealing with many states who want to commence action, it is important that each is catered for......
One thing is quite clear....the Australian government as it stands is not a legal entity.

Good morning Janis my beautiful friend ... We WILL get changes, and we will do it with a positive attitude and belief. There are people here including myself who will never say die. And just think, they (the government tweeks) probably thought that the people involved in the Eureka Stockade would never accomplish anything and look where we are today. There is no such thing as IMPOSSIBLE. Not in my books. I understand your complete feeling of overwhelmment but you need to look at it from a different angle, and that is that you are not alone, so cheer up and start being positive. And not all government personnel are corrupt, thers just a few that need booting, and a few lazy solicitors and lawyers that need disbarring. apart from that we have a great government and i will work to see that it stays that way.
