Printouts from this site tendered as EVIDENCE in Children's Court

We have received information from a member of this web site advising that a stack of printouts of posts from this web site were tendered as EVIDENCE in a Children's Court hearing held recently in NSW.
The material obtained from this site was apparently used in the court in support of various claims by one or more possibly vexatious litigants that the child should be placed in the care of the Director until its 18th birthday. DoCS won the case.
Members of this web site are strongly advised to REVIEW YOUR POSTS AND COMMENTS to ensure that you are not in breach of NSW legislation. If in doubt, please consult your solicitor.

Barrister England tried to submit posts from here and 2 other Sites. I told her if she did I would have them for breach of copy Right Law and Defomation. Interesting thing they tried to submit it in a afidavit swan by DoCs case worker Catie. Wonder if Catie Knows that they are useing her as a puppet, as if it had of been tendered she would have been the one getting Charged. LOL they withdrew it. Also It was not just my comments that have been copy Right Breached. Whole pages were Copied and printed which had other peoples comments and pic's.
Wonder if every one knows they can sue for breach of Copy Right.
Wonder what dirty tricks they will try in Supreme Court.

I Will not change anything. They will not bully me. I have told the truth and as my Mother and Grand Mothers told me "Truth will win in the end"
By copying my posts they have broken Copy right Law. I dont have to register a Copy right. Once I type words to my story they are mine. It is the same as a writter or Song writter once the words are written you have copy right to the Story. They did not ask my permission to copy and use my work so have breached the Copy Right Laws. A court has not told me I cannt take a Pic of myself and my grandson, but the Law does say that your Pic can not be used by a third party unless permission has been given by the person in the Pic. Little Know Law.
I am about to use this Law as DoCs Barrister has copied my posts on 2 sites and submitted them to the Law Society Commission and I guess try to at our next Court apperance on 31st of March District Court Sydney. Nothing I have posted is a Lie so I have broken no Law unlike this Barrister and the DoCs workers that have broken many Laws.

i dont agree with that, name them all, shame them, all abusers hate people thinking less of them or actually seeing them for who they are. the more people that come forward the better. if you use an alias, then you can name who you want, that is the benefit and idea of usernames/nicknames. if anything is brought up into court then you must simply argue that it does not have ur name on it so therefore the argument is moot. and yes, they are mongrels.
